A disaster! The room was in deplorable condition: dust all over the floor, hair in bed, suspicious stains on mattresses and no lights were working. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned for a long time, mold in the shower and stained towels. The water also did not work in the shower at the end of the stay. We had to change our dirty sheets ourselves at 11pm at night because we didn't want to change the room that looked nothing like the pictures. For an establishment that says it is welcoming, it is a shame. I have never seen such a lack of hygiene. To flee absolutely! We are very disappointed with this establishment which does not want the price or the detour!

Were from September 14 to 21, 2024, room with French balcony. When they arrived at the hotel, I immediately wanted to go back home. As soon as you enter the hotel, you immediately smell moisture. There are cigarette butt boxes at the entrance. All hotel staff do not know or do not want to speak Russian, only Turkish or English. The hotel's old, due for renovation. There's no furniture in the rooms, there's mold in the bathroom. The corridors are grim. One cooler for the entire hotel and then stands near the bar which is by the pool, and the pool is 40-50 meters from the main building. The tables in the restaurant and near the bars are constantly dirty, the range of dishes is not large and every day almost the same dishes and salads. Also of alcoholic beverages only vodka, gin, wine, crayfish and beer (all cheap in general), coffee machine is old and dirty. In the electric samovar tea which runs out quickly and the staff long on brewing. At 23:00 the bar closes and with it is turned off the electric samovar, coffee machine and refreshment machine and so until 8:00 am if you want tea, coffee or drinks endure until the morning. Guests of the hotel collect water from the cooler overnight on eggplant to take to their room. The beach is a stone's throw from the hotel but it's covered in cigarette butts. The sunbeds are dirty, there are no deckchairs. The hotel pool is dirty, too. Throughout the hotel and especially around the swimming pool where the restaurant tables and chairs are located constantly underfoot cats and dogs sometimes even climb on the table and eat the food that guests have left on the table. It's hard to generally call it a hotel. I don't recommend it.

Very bad room the ac very hot, they didn’t give be the room i book ,no light the toilet dirty the room door not locking!!!very very very badit is really horrible and far away Tge receptionist is not normal guy he has an issue in talking I will never repeat it
