The bathrooms need a renovation. There are technical shortcomings. While it doesn't have the absolute wealth of Mediterranean hotels, there's no question of going hungry, which is enough for us. The sea is not bad, the layout and greenery are beautiful.

First of all, we were kept waiting for a very long time on our first day. We couldn't even get in after check-in time; they said there was cleaning going on, but the room was inadequately cleaned. The restaurant was too small for the number of people it occupied. The food was far below expectations. There's a variety, but none of them taste good. You think, "How bad can pasta get?", and it does. Dessert shops already offer tulumba in various forms. There is no milk in their milk-based desserts. I wanted to buy trileçe (a type of Turkish dessert), but it was made with water and wasn't nice at all. The room's toilet was definitely not clean; there was a huge yellow stain on the toilet bowl. Also, the tap is broken; we've called many times but they haven't come. When we voiced our concerns, we were met with comments like, "This is a 3-star hotel and it's the best in the area." There are no cocktails for alcoholic beverages. They mix gin and fruit juice and serve it. When you ask for syrup, they say it's sold out. Let me speak for the positive aspects, The beach is about 15 minutes away and the water is beautiful. However, even though it belongs to the hotel, you have to pay if you buy drinks or anything else at the beach. The animation team was very attentive, and we participated in fun activities. The Turkish bath and spa area was also very clean, beautiful, and the staff were attentive. They gave me a clay mask as a gift, and it worked really well on my face. The snack bar was also nice; at least we could get fries and onion rings.

The food was lovely and of a high quality . Location is good close to marina and shops so ideal for exploring Rooms are very outdated and need a complete revamp
