BAY, BEACH. The hotel is located on the second line in a small bay BITEZ with a pleasant promenade. Many interestingly decorated cafes, restaurants, several shops, two excursion tents, SUP rentals, inflatable boats, bananas, mosque. If you go left along the sea past the "wild beach," you can get to a small city playground. From the hotel to the sea is 5 minutes. The hotel has two exits: a central one (open 24 hours) and one that leads directly to the beach (opens at 8 am, closes at 7 pm). Bitez Garden has its own tiny beach: 5 loungers wide, it's impossible to put more, 6-7 lines long, totaling about 35 loungers for 180 rooms. Plus the beach, the entrance to the sea is cleared of stones. The water is cool, purest, transparent; the sea near the shore is shallow, convenient for swimming with children. TERRITORY. The hotel's territory is small, well-planned, beautiful, green, and fully justifies the name Garden Life. The hotel seems small, but there was room for everything, even a small water park. Territories, location gets 5 points. Otherwise, the hotel is debatable. NUMBER. My room number 111 was located in the block near the reception building. Thank you to the administration, they took the wishes into account, placed it on the second floor, with a balcony, with windows overlooking the garden, the room was quiet. The room is small, 15 sq m, which is not critical in principle, but even for such a small room, the lighting is poor. There is no overhead light, there are no lamps at the headboard, only one lamp by the mirror on the wall opposite the bed. So, there was no light near the bed at all. In the evening - twilight. The room wasn't just in need of repairs, it was elementarily dirty: the bed from previous guests with stains on the linen; the cracked, chipped, yellowed plastic of the refrigerator; a broken safe, with a year's worth of yellow residue, the toilet, and all the plumbing, including the glass shower cabin doors, with the same year's worth of limescale buildup. It seems, take chemistry, wipe, rinse, the number will look completely different, but no. My father never washed, and it seems he didn't before me either. The bed was changed, the safe was fixed, and we had to live with the rest. I thought about moving to another room, but I walked around the hotel, looked at the rooms, and realized the staff isn't very concerned with cleanliness. Since I came to travel and see the region, not to stay in a hotel, I decided that silence is more important to me. Rooms in the central part of the hotel are guaranteed to be noisy, especially those on the first floors around the pools. The mattress is comfortable, instead of a duvet - a bedspread. FOOD. There is a lot of food, they feed and water from 07 to 23 hours, the products are fresh, it is either not tasty or not cooked at all, just cut and placed. Here, eat. The dishes are not fresh, cracked, and unwashed. The ingredients in the coffee machine ran out, the staff opened it to refill, I saw what was going on inside, and stopped drinking the coffee. Guys, we'll send our sanitary and epidemiological station on you! STAFF. Kind, contact-friendly nihilists. From appearance to attitude towards work duties. Evening animation - a sweet amateur performance, like at friends' birthdays, strictly until 11 PM. If you don't speak Greek and aren't fluent in English, it's better to download a mobile translator with a voice function. The nice thing: on the last day after checking out of the room, they allow you to use the hotel's facilities and feed you until the transfer (thank you!). BODRUM. 15-20 minutes to Bodrum by dolmuş (Turkish minibus). Stop near the hotel (the first alley to the left when exiting the main entrance). Drivers are obliged to accept payments by card, but everyone takes cash (a little more expensive than card), and processes it for you with their own bank card. And the bus drivers insist on cashless payment, they don't take cash. I really liked the region. The water is magical, the views are beautiful, Bodrum itself resembles Rhodes, a complete illusion that you are in Greece. HOTEL What saved me was that I would leave early in the morning, return in the evening, happy, full of impressions, take a cocktail (two), and settle in an area where I could live. Garden Life, however. Then, into the dark room sideways, to the room in slippers, into the shower in flip-flops... RESUME. The hotel is good, it's not to blame

I have to say I agree with everything GlobeTrotting401804 has said in their review.I will add, We arrived about 9pm booked in and was shown to our rooms, when we got there our room had a cot in it(our granddaughter is 9 years old) We asked to change rooms but was told there are no other rooms available. Now we had to wait for another bed to be brought up(which was broken). All the time we were waiting there was nowhere to get the kids any food. On the website it says there are tea and coffee making facilities in room which there wasn't also a mini bar which infact was just an empty fridge. Our balcony was being held together with a piece of string. As for food? Not good. Swimming pools esp the slide pool was chaos when it was open, grown adults throwing themselves down them while people esp kids hadn't swam out of the way. Why was there no life guards/Supervisors there?. The music(crap) was full blast for most of the day untill 11pm so early nights were out of the question for the kids. The place has a bad name with locals and people we met that had stayed there before. My advice would be esp if you are from and English speaking country don't bother with this place there are better alternatives around Bitez.

Well,I leave in a couple of days but I'll review now..I've been to Turkey around 6 times before so know what a good hotel is. I have to say this hotel is possibly the worst one in the way that the food is weird. No butter, no coffee, the sunbeds are packed in like sardines, some really miserable staff but we did manage to find one young lad who was brilliant but left early. There's a weird queuing system for tea which is at 7pm and very late for me. I don't know if we booked the wrong month but September is definitely not a time for Brits to go at this time. The music is very Turkish and Eastern Block orientated which is fair enough but not all night for God's sake. Our hotel keys have stopped working a few times. The replacement towels I've asked for in our room have not materialised. Our room is very dark but TBF the cleaners do a good job. Snacks are okay mid-afternoon and the burgers are great. Pool is freezing but you get used to it. Beer is Tuborg and it's not too bad... no rum though which is strange. We've had a fantastic time though down at the beach front which is fantastic and a pulling point for Bitez . some places are more expensive than others... So, would I come back to Bitez! Yes.... just not back to this hotel as it's not geared towards Brits and the food is just odd...but you make your own mind up
