Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff quickly provided information and helped us settle in. Hygiene was excellent...the food was varied and very delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient, especially Fatmanur, who, despite being very tired, never lost her cheerful demeanor. The pool and the sea were within walking distance, which was very enjoyable. We wanted to stay in a different area for 4 nights, but after checking in and out of the hotel, we went back to the Suum Hotel because the Comfort Zone was so nice that it was worth the 3-hour drive back…

🇩🇪 German We had a wonderful stay at the Suum Bodrum in June and can truly recommend the hotel from the bottom of our hearts. We had six great days and it is already certain for us: We would like to come back next year. ❤️ The entire hotel is very beautiful, well-maintained, and you notice in many small details how much value is placed on quality and service. Our room with a view of the pool was large enough for us, very clean, and was lovingly cleaned every day. A very special thank you goes to Gülzade, who always took such attentive care of our room. 🥰 We also felt completely comfortable with the service. At the beach, at the snack bar, and throughout the entire hotel, all employees were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We would like to especially thank Utku, Fatmanur, Hasan Ali, and Gökcenur for the great service, as well as Sadık at the bar. Ismail at the towel station was also always friendly and helpful. We would also like to thank Dilek from the spa very much. We particularly liked the restaurant concept: Every evening there was a different culinary theme and the food was served à la carte. We found the selection and quality really very successful and enjoyed every evening. Since it is an adults-only hotel, we think the Suum Bodrum is especially nice for couples looking for peace and a relaxed atmosphere. During our stay, there were unfortunately three guests who tried more to turn it into a party vacation. That also bothered other guests at times. However, the hotel staff reacted very quickly and professionally and made it clear that the Suum stands for a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. We found that very positive. We have already gotten to know several smaller adults-only hotels and can therefore also compare well. At the Suum, everything just fit for us – from the cleanliness to the food to the service and the atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire team for these wonderful six days! However, it was a very positive detail for us that the hotel staff intervened quickly and professionally, reminding us that Suum is a calmer and more peaceful hotel. Since we have stayed in different Adults-Only hotels before, we actually had the chance to make a comparison. At Suum Bodrum, everything was truly as it should be for us. Cleanliness, food, service, the attentiveness of the staff, and the general atmosphere… Everything complemented each other. .The hotel is luxurious, even by upper-middle-class standards. The all-inclusive dining focuses on quality and balance rather than sheer quantity. The staff makes you feel right at home; they compensate for any language barriers with their friendliness. The Wi-Fi connection is stable—even reliable enough for YouTube. There are always plenty of sun loungers available. The sea is right on your doorstep. The overall impression is outstanding, partly because the other guests are exceptionally polite, unobtrusive, and well-mannered.
