Ena Boutique Hotel

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was yelled at by staff while simply trying to make a reservation. They had zero manners and clearly did not know how to communicate professionally with customers. Before I had even completed the booking, I was threatened with having my reservation cancelled. The person I spoke with claimed to be the manager, yet his manner was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Communication was also very difficult due to his limited English. After reading other reviews, I can see that several other guests have reported similarly unpleasant and abusive experiences with staff here, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. The property appears to be very poorly managed. If this is how a potential guest is treated before even staying at the property, I can only imagine how guests are treated once they arrive. Simply disgusting customer service and completely unacceptable.

Fabulous Boutique hotel in a lovely location not far from Bodrum beach. Great rooftop pool area perfect for a chill out. Staff are very welcoming and Işmail was very friendly and attentive..We will be back!

I made several reservations with this Ena hotel at Expedia. As Expedia changes their prices on a daily basis, I was cancelling and rebooking again to get the best price. This is normal practice, as travel sites do change their prices often. Nevertheless, I was contacted by this hotel on early Sunday morning and the guy shouted at me "You made a few reservations with us!" I asked him what's the problem, then he suddenly DEMANDED that I cancel my final reservation with them. I told him that I won't cancel and that he needs to change the tone of his voice, and he literally responded with "I will report you to Expedia as you are insane". I don't know if this is a normal way for this hotel to communicate or just the specific employee's brain melted that day... but it doesn't matter, really. This was an outstandingly bad, rude attitude to a customer, that caused problems where no problem existed. Don't be misled by how nice the hotel looks like on pictures. Treat yourself by staying out of this place, unless you like sudden rude attitude by a hotel management. I am so upset with them that will never choose this hotel again and will give them a fame by all means possible that they won't recover from ever.
