Flipflops Meltemi Apartments

I am slightly biased because I own here but that said it is a beautiful site, the pool is one of the largest in Güllük and the gardens are maturing very nicely. The sunsets from the large balconies are magical every night! It is a hilly site with quite a number of steps so if you’re not fit when you arrive you will be when you leave.

We decided me and wife and two kid's to visit Turkey we never been there before we decided to go to gulluk we rented an apartment from Mr Mehmet apartment number b6 at flipflops . Very nice and clean apartment kids enjoyed swimming in the pool garden very nice the apartments where built on a mountain so it's steep walking down if you wanted to walk to the shop it's not far few minutes away and a very nice restaurant to. Taxis are cheap to town just 10 lira about £1.50 the Internet at the apartment don't work I did manage to get a sim card from turkcell from town and it worked on my 3mobile. Your network will charge you even if you don't use your phone so my advice to you don't use your phone take your sim card out when you get there. Don't let some of the bad reviews give you a bad idea about flipflops apartments new management is taking over this year. gulluk is a very nice town and people are very friendly and helpful. You must do the boat trip when you get there with capital Mehmet dönmez and his family aday out you will never forget. There's lots of shops in town the bakery shop you must try and the fruit and veg shop also there's a 24 hour shop if you need something owned by family wife son and a husband very nice people. We definitely going back again next year.

Booked apt in flipflop complex arrived about 12 30 that night after been travelling since 5.30 that morning with my husband and 10 year old grandson had problems getting into apt when we finally got in the first thing we noticed was the smell.i had to change bed.and clean apt before I put my grandson to bed ..messaged who I thought was the owner ..micheal Henbury. ..next morning about state of apt and was offered a cleaner ..(I had been up half the night cleaning )so there was no need ..pillow were not fit to sleep on ..and we're replaced nearly a week and half into our stay .long black hairs were everywhere ...cobwebs were everywhere .saucepan were stuck together with God only knows what...we were dealing with micheal Henbury and under the impression it was his apt we had booked but next morning we realised his apt was next door ..didn't know you could advertise one apt for rent and then put people into different apt ? Couldn't fault flipflop complex ..but stay away from c2 ..and if you book with micheal Henbury make sure you get apt you book
