So, I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share...
Our visit to the Plaza Hotel, was spontaneous, and considering the usual lux hotels, (Cullinan , Maxx Royal , Voyage, etc. ) evaluate the hotel objectively in its category. The area is very large, well maintained and green. It's very important for walkers. Initially, we chose two rooms for a family of five, and we had some questions and nuances that were a little upsetting. But thanks to the client orientation and the excellent work of Manager Serdar, the matter was resolved very quickly, and moreover we were replaced by a wonderful Villa, which could not be pleased. The hotel has a bright and rich interior. There is a large selection of restaurants and snack bars, a beach bar. Nice fitness club. Nice children's area and animation (our kids are grown up now, but from the outside we watched the animators work , great). The staff is helpful. I cannot fail to note the generally clean nature of public spaces. Nice main restaurant , sufficient selection of dishes , vegetables and fruits . And the most important thing is this delightful sea, incredible nature, will leave no one indifferent.
Overall, despite some shortcomings, the hotel left a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the work of the staff and high customer orientation!
