An experience that we will remember with a lot of affection. ❤️ Our stay at this hotel has been wonderful, but if there is one thing we really want to highlight, it is the attention and treatment received from all the staff. From the first day they made us feel welcome and, above all, they made us feel at home. Always attentive, kind, approachable, and with a smile, taking care of every detail so that our stay would be as pleasant as possible. We want to especially thank that warmth that we have found in every person who has assisted us. Because a hotel can be beautiful, comfortable, and have good facilities, but it is the people who make a stay become an unforgettable memory. We are leaving Turkey with precious moments, but also with the memory of all those people who made us feel so special during these days. Thank you from the heart to the entire team for your professionalism, your kindness, and, above all, for treating us with such affection. Without a doubt, we would choose this hotel again and we hope to be able to return one day.

On September 21, 2026, at approximately 17:52, I called your property to inquire about pricing and availability for our stay, which was scheduled for arrival on September 22nd. Your staff member, Mr. Yusuf, answered the phone saying "Reception," then informed me that the reservations department was closed and suggested I postpone my call until the next day. When I explained that we were leaving today to find accommodation and therefore needed the information urgently, he responded with "There's no availability tomorrow," ending the conversation in a biased manner and hanging up the phone. Given the dynamics of the sector, and the fact that booking through online travel agencies (OTAs) and digital platforms is extremely practical, I acted as a conscious consumer who was aware of the financial burden that high commission rates place on the facility and preferred to contact the hotel directly. However, the attitude I encountered is completely incompatible with your institution's hospitality mission and professional service standards. The approach taken by the staff, far from offering guest-focused solutions, gave the impression that "our facility doesn't need your stay," negatively impacting your corporate image. I am bringing this to your attention in order to maintain a service standard befitting the quality of your facility, to prevent similar incidents from recurring, and to ensure that the necessary notifications and actions are taken regarding the relevant personnel.

We had an incredibly nice experience at Hotel Bodrum Samara and look back on our stay with great pleasure. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and especially very clean. What immediately appealed to us was the beautiful green environment and the many natural surroundings of the hotel. Everything is compactly built, so restaurants, swimming pools, beach and other facilities are close and near each other. We found that very pleasant. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The spa deserves a special mention. We really enjoyed it here! We would especially like to thank Mrs. Zuhal and Mr. Gökhan. They are incredibly friendly, polite, and warm people. Their personal attention and sincere kindness made our spa experience extra special. As a small point of attention, we would like the kids' club to be a bit more extensive. For children, a little more variety in activities and opportunities would be a nice extra.
