Were at the hotel in the second half of July 26. The first time in Bodrum, so they chose from reasonable prices and more or less acceptable location, compared to the five they were in in the Antalya region.
The hotel leaves a very contradictory feeling. The main downside is that the hotel restaurant is full of flies, because the hotel saves on air conditioning and the restaurant just has all the windows open. Not one or two accidentally flying in, but there are quite a few of them that you pay attention to them and they reach into the plate (and of course sit on the food on the hand). Maybe if it wasn't for the flies, the rest could be forgiven. But the flies are done. We've been 12 days, the last three days the flies have gotten a lot smaller, I don't know if the hotel has taken any action or if the weather has just changed.
The weather. Probably the most important plus of the hotel (which does not depend on it) is the chic weather. Almost always blows a light breeze, even in the hottest outdoors in the sun comfortably, and morning and evening - perfect.
The sea is very cold. It's not a little cold, it's just cold. There's no hollow entrance, only from stairs everywhere. But you can jump off the pier, you don't have those crazy live guards like in European hotels. By the way, there aren't any at all, in that sense they don't give a little bit of a damn about the safe one.
Numbers. If you get a room on the hill - be prepared for cardio, all the way to the top of the houses from reception 90 steps. They're also not cleaned well in the sense of bathroom and sink drains, you just check into a room and there's hair. Otherwise, there's no question about cleaning, cleaned up every day.
Air conditioners. I don't know, again, like in other rooms, we had air conditioning blowing straight into the bed, so we had to make up a curtain to make the horse work and not to blow in our heads. He warmly remembered the hotels with a central ghost blowing clearly into the hallway, when it could be turned on to the maximum, wrapped in a warm blanket and drank sleep. No, there are thin blankets waiting for you, no thicker than towels, apparently supposed to sleep without air conditioning.
Pools. They're frankly small for so many people, only two and small. Waterslides are purely for ticking, two grand. We were by the upper pool all the time, there's no music and a tight canopy under which to safely be in the shade all day.
For the lower pool and the beach (which is probably 80% of all sunbeds) - the only toilet, and it's in the lobby! In that sense, the upper pool was much more comfortable, but you'll have to walk up stairs. And there's a swanky picture board in the upper pool.
The biggest bargaining chips are on the pier, occupied until 7 a.m. If you're planning to go to breakfast quietly and only then go to the beach - forget, even the worst places are cleared by 8 a.m. And it's easy not to show up, the place can be taken up with a towel, but no one will show up all day, just people will come in the evening and pick up their stuff.
Children's animation can be said no, for the Russians exactly, the hotel has a lot of Turks, it feels like about half the guests, so the staff is good if you speak English, without English you will feel good (but if there is inet - you can use an interpreter).
They went to the evening shows twice, experienced a ferocious Spanish shame (again, the first time like this). The hotel does not order visiting artists, the animation blows itself as best it can, it comes naturally not so.
Internet. You could say no. Wifi's one on all and ooh very bad and it's only near the central building. If you need anything more than to flip through tapes, buy a SIM in advance. If the phone supports e-sim - for 1000 rubles you can take 30 gigs for 30 days and not think about anything (similar roaming will be once in 10 more expensive).
There is no water in free access, the first time we see this, you have to go and ask the bartenders every time, the only place where you can relatively freely get water yourself - coffee point near the restaurant from the sea side.
Drinks are common for a cheap five, natural juices are not even available for money, coffee can be brewed in Turkey, in machines only powder. I don't know what UAI stands for, I didn't notice any of the usual imported drinks. The cuisine is acceptable, but it is highly desirable if you want to choose something, come in advance, 40 minutes after opening there may not be the most moving dishes, as well as available tables. From the positive, which I liked - a day later they made red fish steaks, steaks. The grilled fish was always there, every day. Chicken and turkeys are several courses, beef is one or two. Watermelons are delicious, melon inedible. And drinks at the restaurant are free for breakfast only. Lunch and dinner must be ordered through a waiter. Want coffee for lunch? You go outside to coffee point or you go to the lobby to get it. Service, ndaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Tomorrow, by the way, very poor for an A, of decent food only omelets and good if porridge. Consider no children's menu (again we warmly recall normal hotels with good children's cuisine).
The snack bar left a pleasant impression, the bartenders were cheerful there, and the bar's very format (to order) was quite comfortable, you come, according to the menu order a dish, in 5 minutes it arrives, everything is hot and delicious (obviously, the choice is small, but we took pizza, shawarma and burger - everything liked).
Excursions, trips, etc. - all themselves, there are no Russian guides at the hotel.
We used to take a ship by sea, $35 per person. They say you have to guess every day, so the weather doesn't turn up, and people are smaller, like better off taking days off. We were unlucky, we went on Thursday, and the wind was strong (the ship was sprayed periodically) and there was a lot of people, with almost no seats available. They take you to the bays for a swim. There's no shower at the stern of the ship, you can't get out of the sea and rinse yourself right away.
Anyway, there's a lot of stuff in the hotel that can be done better, and it's gonna be candy, but right now, it's just... really bad, especially for the money we paid.

We have just come back from a week away at the Kadikale resort. We are a family of 4, children 4&5 and we took my mum
We arrived very late on a flight out from Stansted. We chose to get a private transfer through jet2 as it was direct. Took just over a hour.
We arrived midnight and the staff were polite direct and checked us into the room within 5 mins. Which was appreciated as we had 2 very tired children. The room was a family Room, aircon was cold and had a safe, very easy to use! Hairdryer, was crap wish I had bought mine but I managed a week!
Towels pp in the rooms and housekeeping came very other day.
We woke up to start the holiday the next day. Breakfast in the main buffet restaurant - busy, buzzy everything you would expect from a buffet all inclusive. Staff were onit with drinks and clearing away empty’s. This was the same experience through the holiday and the food was fresh hot and loads of choice. There were Stations with chefs cooking to order. The hot breads were yummy!
We were put out initally as it seemed as though all the sunbeds were taken by people putting towels down first thing - that was annoying but we muddled through on the first day and played the towel game for the rest of the holiday…. If you can’t beat then join them. 8am was a good time to get your choice of bed.
Swimming pools were lovely, clean and pool area/bar was the same. Waterslides for the kids has allowed times with a lifeguard twice a day. We all enjoyed that!
Beach - man made didnt bother with that as the kids couldn’t really enjoy building san castles and stuff, but the pool and slides were fab, don’t feel like we were missing out.
My husband tipped the bar staff when we arrived £20. We were looked after and seen to first when waiting. They spent a little longer on the cocktails and overall was quite nice to feel VIP. They were polite and were fast with serving. Some had difficulty understanding English but we all managed.
The hotel offers 1 meal at the Al
La carte restaurant fish and Italian in the week that we stayed. We didn’t bother with the fish as we knew the kids wouldn’t eat it, but we did the Italian, it was lovely and made a nice change to the main buffet restaurant, this is located on the waterfront and has lovely sunset views.
The only thing I would say is the choice of food you choose. The pizza and pasta was lovely. We had 2 people choose steak and it was cold. Not such a great choice but overall the experience was really nice.
This is also where the snack bar is during the day, offering pizzas, burgers and chicken wraps. These are cooked to order and again really yummy. We eat there quite a few times as it was quieter than the main restaurant. Slower pace. Staff were lovely and made a huge effort with the kids.
The entertainment team offer kids club and different activities throughout the day, my mum joined in daily with the Aqua class, which she loved and zumba class. Which again she also enjoyed. Our kids joined in with the kids club - colouring in the shade, the team made such a fuss of the kids they enjoyed going a few times for get out of the sun.
The mini disco was run by the entertainment team, this was 9-9.30 was a selection of songs the kids get to go on stage and dance, our kids loved it and after that it was time for bed. They do go on for a show at 10 but we never made it there. They did a whiteparty on the terrace one evening and that was fun.
The spa - they wanted cash! English moneys was their first choice. We had a full body massage and Turkish bath through the holiday. Both treatments were amazing. £40 pp for a hour which is such good value. Really lovely and I’d have gone again if we were there longer.
One of the best massages I’ve had was so nice. Also Loved the experience of the Turkish bath!!
My daughter wanted a hair braid at the end of the holiday and it was £10 in the hair salon, very pretty and she was chuffed.
My son chose a moody Ronaldo football kit from one of the shops
On site, €15 he was so happy with it.
A little holiday shop, selling lays crisps, sweets pool toys, ice creams also holiday tat, we got sucked in a few times with snacks and the kids but wasn’t expensive. Just not included in the all inclusive.
Ice cream lolly’s and iced coffees available in different places at certain times during the day.
Towels pp included for the beach/pool, get a card when you check in which is traded for the towels each day and when returned.
A few men were coming round wanting us to do the excursions but we politely declined, they tried their luck a couple of times but got the hint, and to be fair left us alone.
We had a lovely week away, I would definatly recommend it for a family we had a great time. The kids also loved it. I was worried reading the reviews prior to coming so that’s why I wanted to write my own, the staff can come across rude but alot of the time it’s the language barrier and to be honest it’s not really the end of the world, they did there best to understand and everything we asked got answered. Great holiday. Great hotel. Great value for money!

If I were to describe the hotel in three words, it would be: Terrible, terrible, terrible.
