Stay 12-19/07/26 A cozy hotel with plenty of greenery, close to a pebbly beach (water shoes are recommended). The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly, even slippers were included. Drinks were available in the small fridge. Space by the pool was limited; we had to get up early to claim the loungers. The pool was open from 7am to 7pm. Access to billiards, table football, tennis, and a gym was available. There was something for everyone. Unlimited drinks and beverages were available quickly. The indoor dining area had an unpleasant odor; we ate outside. The service was friendly, especially the bartender, BEDRI. The hotel's downsides were the predominance of the local language, the entertainment and music catered to locals, and the lack of entertainment for children. Despite this, our stay flew by because we made friends with two Polish families :)))

Hello I made a reservation for the Latanya Park Hotel between July 4th and 10th through your platform, after speaking with a representative from your call center. My two daughters, my wife, and I stayed in a hotel room for two nights where the bathroom was infested with dozens of flies. When we reported the situation to your representative, they said there were no available rooms and nothing they could do, only that they could spray pesticides. They said they would spray while we weren't in the room, but this doesn't seem right to me. Moreover, what kind of pest control is this? My youngest daughter might have eaten the fruit on the table and ingested the chemicals, which is a very risky situation. I refused the pest control treatment, but I filmed a video. There were dozens of flies everywhere – dead and alive – in the toilet, sink, floor, ceiling. My little daughter started crying as she tried to go into the toilet. When I told them to take the video I had recorded and immediately change our room or I would share it, they changed our room instantly. Apparently, there were other rooms available, but we shouldn't have been too polite, we should have been firm. When we showed the necessary firmness, our room was changed, but the problem didn't end there. The strong sewage smell in the restaurant made everything we ate and drank tasteless. We said, "Let's eat in the outdoor area instead of the air-conditioned restaurant," but to get our food outside, we still had to pass through that sewage-smelling restaurant. We learned that this smell was due to an infrastructure problem and that it was a chronic issue, and this was the "fixed" version. I wouldn't go back even if they offered me a free stay; it was such a disgrace. Your staff embellished and promoted this hotel so beautifully that I booked it exceeding my budget. This was my second and last experience with Jolly. Don't deceive people. I don't know what kind of agreement you have, but selling such a terrible hotel will drag your reputation down to the bottom. The hotel is old but fun, especially the two ladies working in the miniclub are really attentive. I would like to thank Gizem for her attention; our child was always happy when we left him there. I recommend it to everyone.
