Lugga Boutique Beach Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Lugga Boutique Hotel and would happily return. The owner and the majority of the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Every request was met with a smile, and it was clear that guest experience is important to them. A special mention to the spa team. The ladies providing the hammam and massage treatments were outstanding. They are highly skilled, professional, kind and made us feel completely relaxed. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was excellent. Breakfast offered fresh, high-quality options each morning, and the snack bar served delicious meals throughout the day. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. The swimming pool was spotless, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean. One of the groundskeepers deserves particular recognition—his work ethic and attention to detail were exceptional and really stood out. Having direct access to the beach was fantastic. The water was refreshing, crystal clear and perfect for swimming. The only minor issue we experienced was the Wi-Fi in our room, which was inconsistent. However, the staff responded immediately and did everything they could to resolve it, which we really appreciated. The only constructive feedback we would offer is that one receptionist could benefit from additional customer service training. While everyone else was incredibly friendly and engaging, this particular staff member rarely smiled or made guests feel welcome. It was noticeably different from the high standard set by the rest of the team. Overall, Lugga is a beautiful, family-friendly boutique hotel in a fantastic location. We loved the relaxed atmosphere—it feels peaceful, authentic and is the perfect place to unwind. If you’re looking for excellent service, exceptional cleanliness, delicious food and a genuine boutique hotel experience right on the beach, we would highly recommend staying here.

With its kind, warm and helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms, beach, poolside location, and Aegean breakfast befitting Bodrum, this is a lovely boutique hotel. I was very pleased. ❤️🌼🧿

The hotel is centrally located on Yahşi beach, right next to the marina and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and airy, simply and elegantly furnished, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
