Mavi Suite Turkbuku

A bit of background: we booked a Mountain View suite for 8 night for a total amount of 2950€. As soon as we got there we found out that: - the room with Mountain View that was sold to us was actually a parking view room; - The safe did not work; - The shampoo dispenser was broken; - Different pieces of furniture where stained and/or damaged; - The bed had only the mattress cover and no extra sheet/blanket to cover yourself. Worse thing was that, when we tried to explain the issues we encountered, no one could even closely understand us and as a consequence help us, this because the bulk of the staff could not speak English and the few that could had a very poor language. We were hoping that this was already enough disappointing but the worst had yet to come. As soon as we arrived to the hotel we left our newly rented car at the hotel valet parking. The morning after when we asked the valet to go get our car they panicked cause they couldn’t find it. We had a discussion with the staff at the end of which the car was eventually found after at least half an hour. In light of all the issues we encountered in less then 24h we asked to talk to the hotel manager in any event. We were first told that the manager was on his way and then that he was actually away for the weekend and could not meet us for the next two days. We also tried to reach out to him directly by text message and received the delightful answer that we were the ones who had to apologise and he had no intention of meeting us before such moment. We could add many other things, these were only the main issues we had. Another disappointing thing was the breakfast which was exactly the same for 8 days in a row, with no variation of any kind. Furthermore we asked to have our eggs done with no milk and we received eggs with butter, which logically is basically the same for a lactose intolerant. We also discovered at the moment of the check out that all the coffee from the breakfast were not included and they had been charged to us without even telling us (the question in the morning at the bar was “do you want tea or coffee?”). Last but not least, one morning the room service cleaned our room but forgot to make our bed. We found it at night completely undone. It was the worse hotel experience we ever had in our life and we highly recommend nobody to go there!

Blue Suits is one of my favorite spots. You''ll find all the comfort and needs you''re looking for in their renovated rooms. Everything shines. Cleanliness, excellent functioning air conditioning. The size of the rooms and bathroom is ideal. As for the staff, they''re all very attentive, friendly, and polite. Valid for all without a last name. Thanks to everyone in both the front desk and the beach and restaurant department for making us feel at home. And congratulations to the perfect venue owner, Mr. Cemal, who has lived a beautiful establishment like this for many years of service and quality in Turkish. Finally, thank you to Hotel Manager Mr. Polat for all your help. The most beautiful location and business in Turkish.

From a quality and stylish spot, you experience one of the most beautiful seas in Turkey, everything you eat is very delicious, just don't come back without eating the tour that comes out on Saturday and the palace mantle that comes out on Sunday, the quality of the service is high the second time the blue suit hotel has arrived has not mistaken us this year, the family had a very nice vacation, thank you so much for their hospitality.
