Spent three days at the hotel. super clean, quiet, very safe and secure, amazing fresh food from local products. amazing bed linen. special thanks to the chefs of the Marchella restaurant and of course the hotel staff. Merve we love you! Deniz we love you! unfortunately we did not remember the names of the other employees, in any case - everyone was great. amazing service. will definitely come back. SUPERB 👌

We spent an incredible 5 days at the hotel. When we ventured out to the other famous beach clubs we just wanted to come back to the hotel to enjoy the deck. We had most of our lunches at the hotel and one nice dinner by the water as well. The service was amazing! When we return to Bodrum, we definitely will be staying here again!

If you want to experience the worst staff, the WORST music and the most insufficient service in the best location in Bodrum, Ersan is the right spot. No matter how beautiful the location is; forbidding the hawses on the beach when there's only 6 people around, playing a very disturbing and loud music at 10:00AM and staff's VERY money-based attitudes is really very annoying. Very overrated, very "wanna be" and just waste of money... Sorry but no matter how beautiful the architecture is, tourism is all about good service. Once you ignore it by hiring cheap staff, you lose.
