Tosunoglu Apartments

Pool area and food at apartments are great, apartments definitely need updating. 2 families ruined it for me. I like a drink as much as next person, to be shouted at and abused by other guests is not acceptable, management did what they could but not acceptable when everyone on holiday, lots of returning customers that will not be returning. I will not go again, only due to customers. Had a lovely time but marred a bit by not having drinks in the bar area due to ignorance of drunken abusive idiots.

I’ve never stayed in a place as dirty as this . On first glance it looked a lovely hotel ,but once your in the rooms it’s a different story . To say we complained was an understatement and jet2 ( who we’ve always flown with and never had any issues ) were an absolute waste of time . Where to start ?? The beds some had a bottom sheet some only had a top sheet ( all were filthy and stained . The shower was more like dicing with death trying to juggle the shower from the tap to the shower not even staying on the wall was no fun at all ! The towels are meant to be changed we had the same ones the whole week and they were stained and grubby. To say cleaners are meant to come every other day we had to ask for toilet rolls numerous times ending in going to reception to collect ourselves . This might be the loveliest family on the planet and I have no problems doing basic but I do need it to be clean . After been bit 4 nights off the trot in the room I was told to check the bed .( it was rife with bed bugs !!!! Safe to say I stayed in a different hotel after that . ( pics to follow) jet two had been informed early on and we were shown other rooms but these were the same . My advice update your rooms ,get proper cleaners and listen to your customers. Personally I would not recommend.

Great family run apartments, the family can not do enough for you. The rooms and bar area could do with updating quite a bit but the gardens and pool are beautiful . Have been going for about 8 years now and on the whole no trouble, unfortunately this year there were 2 incidents that got a bit out of hand, but just kept out of the way. Again on the whole great place.
