Veltur Turiya Hotel

Despite being told our room was ready, we were met with an unprepared room and a disorganized schedule. Yes, they didn't want to consider the comments of someone who wrote a review in July, so we decided to see for ourselves. The sun loungers were broken, the cleanliness was somewhat lacking, and we were faced with an indifferent and unprofessional management. Unfortunately, we had to return without staying and I was left stranded for one night. I am incredibly angry about this situation. It is definitely not a place I would ever recommend.

First, we stayed from July 5th to July 9th. We fled on July 8th without even looking back, wasting a whole day. It was nothing like the pictures. The hotel's location wasn't even clear, and the entrance wasn't marked. It hasn't been maintained at all. The sun loungers by the pool are broken. The sea part was a complete fiasco. The sea was rough and very dirty. I don't know if it's always like this, but it was like this during our stay. The staff try their best to be helpful. Breakfast was very simple. If you'd like to have lunch, everything is prepared and served. Shame on ETS too. I don't think we'll be making reservations through ETS again. In our opinion, this place wasn't worth the price.
