I had a neck & shoulder problem & booked massage at the Spa (with Mr. Ramzan). I just want to recognize the brilliance of Mr Benjamin from Thailand who was excellent in the massages he gave me. Of all the massages I have ever had, no one has been better at recognizing the problem & how to massage. Please convey my thanks to him. You have a very talented masseur!

First time and not going to be my last. It is great resort and friendly staff. I had an issue with my room temperature first night, and they have provided me with another room until it fixed. The aqua park is nice and family friendly. The local is amazing and yoy can enjoy the sunset every single day from many corners. The food and beverage served is more than enough.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (If I could give less than one star, I would.) We booked this so-called luxury resort from 16–20 July, but checked out after only two nights because the experience was so disappointing. We accepted losing the money because staying was worse. The only positive part of our stay was Beatrice, our butler. She was professional, kind, and clearly doing her best despite the many problems around her. Everything else fell far below luxury standards. The staff barely spoke English, housekeeping was poor, our villa wasn’t properly cleaned, one of the toilet paper rolls had clearly been used by previous guests, there was no proper turndown service, and Housekeeping even refused a simple request for an extra pillow. We were also told to buy our own power adapter from the mini market instead of the resort providing one for international guests. Candyland, the main reason we booked this resort, was dirty, with bathrooms that constantly smelled bad. Buggy service regularly took around 20 minutes, and there was never any sense of priority despite staying in one of their most expensive four-bedroom villas. The final straw was the Italian restaurant. We arrived before closing time, were left waiting while the chef decided whether to accept us, and were ultimately refused service. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of care from management. We checked out halfway through our stay because of how awful the experience was, yet nobody apologized, followed up, or made even the smallest gesture to make things right. They simply didn’t care. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for genuine luxury hospitality, look elsewhere.
