Bezay Hotel

Our stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the way back to airport - they gave us breakfast since we were leaving before it starts. And they helped us to manage taxi to airport which we preordered. Location is very convenient for the beach, grocery store, cafes, Dalaman airport and public transport ( bus and water taxi). We had breakfast and dinner included so it was very convenient to rest and don’t worry about food. The pool was clean and area in shade was also nice. The bar was working all the time. Even staff is not speaking English a lot, they still made our communication easy. The cleaning was on daily basis which was great given beach holidays.

Breakfast is normal, and it is better than expected. The pool is good. The air conditioning is good. The cook is very good and cooks a different meal every night. The beach is 500 meters/ two streets away so not beach front as mentioned. Water is not put in the rooms daily and you have to get it at the restaurant. Shampoos are not refilled daily. The rooms and the whole hotel are old. There is no elevator. There are no slippers in the rooms. There is no kettle. There is no glass to hold a toothbrush in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The reception and other officials and employees are not friendly. It is weaker for the price and maybe better hotels can be found, such as the Sunshine Holiday Resort, which is both All Inclusive and large with numerous pools and a variety of food, entertainment and water games, etc. Interestingly, the price is lower than the Bezay Hotel.

The rooms were small but clean. The things we needed arrived immediately when we asked for them. We requested room cleaning and it was done every day. The food was buffet style and fresh. I was even happier that the scrambled eggs I missed from the morning of my paragliding trip because I left early were specially prepared for me the next morning by the chef. Absolutely peaceful, a boutique hotel perfect for relaxing by the pool.
