I really enjoyed my time at this amazing hotel. I will definitely recommend. Very very family oriented especially the event team. Our favourite is Diyar.

Had a great two weeks hotel was good, food too, kids were constantly entertained big thanks to Diyar and bulut (ronaldo)in particular who were great with the kids playing waterpolo, table tennis, football, etc. Would also recommend a trip to the spa which is very nice. Thanks to Debbie who gave a great massage Hotel is in need of some tlc but didnt spoil our holiday great location and views would return .

We had a relaxing stay and there were some real positives. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was quiet and chilled, there was plenty of pool space, no fighting for sunbeds and very few queues. The rooms were also a great size. Unfortunately, our stay didn’t get off to the best start. Check-in is from 2pm and we arrived at 2:30pm, but our room wasn’t ready for another two hours. We were then taken to a room we hadn’t booked and asked if the four of us would stay in one room for the night, despite having booked a two-bedroom suite. We refused and eventually the correct room was found. We were also only given one key card between four people and were refused another. As the key card controls the electricity, this meant if some of us went out with the key, anyone staying in the room was left without power. Really frustrating and completely impractical. The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness. Our bathroom had extensive black mould throughout the grouting and, after speaking to other guests, this wasn’t an isolated issue. There were also broken steps and several areas of the hotel that were dated and in need of repair. Food was hit and miss. Some evenings there was very little protein available, and there’s no food at all between 4–7pm. The snack bar was tasty but only opens 2–4pm, with pizza available for just one hour, and getting a seat could be chaotic. The all-inclusive also felt unnecessarily rigid at times. Arrive at a bar five minutes before opening and you’ll be sent away or made to wait. Cocktails are quite limited and the entertainment is okay, but repeats weekly. Overall, we still enjoyed our holiday because the hotel was peaceful, the pools were great and the staff were friendly. However, this is advertised as a five-star resort and in my opinion it’s around three-star at best. The cleanliness, maintenance and some of the basic organisation really let it down. I wouldn’t stay here again.
