Telmessos Hotel

I went there in 2022 and was satisfied. I wanted to go again this year, but the prices were a bit high. I still took the risk and came, but I wasn't satisfied. Both the cleanliness and the kitchen were terrible; the sunbeds were filthy, and the other areas were just okay. The staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work, which was nice. However, we stayed for six nights and only once did we enjoy the food. The food was never good. Yes, they use the ingredients, but don't expect any flavor. The appetizers were sour, inedible, and flies were crawling all over them. The breakfast cheeses were bright yellow. For example, they made turkey sauté one evening, and the next day they added baby potatoes and served it again. When that wasn't enough, they added bell peppers and green peppers and served it again in the evening. This is just one example; they do the same thing with all the dishes. So don't expect any flavor. The desserts were also bad. Instead of putting out those colorful, ready-made, shoddy cakes and dipping ready-made sugar pastries and Kemalpaşa desserts in syrup, they should have put out a few more delicious desserts. We couldn't eat a single delicious dessert in one meal. Many guests agreed with me. At first, I questioned myself, but everyone thought the same thing. So I said, it seems they're not managing this well anymore. Hopefully you'll take these comments into consideration and be a little more careful. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel during the first week of August 2026. The room and food standards were very good. It's also a preferable hotel due to its proximity to tourist attractions. You can quickly reach the Babadağ cable car and Kayaköy. It's also very close to the town center. Recommendations; In a play pool with a slide, a play supervisor or attendant should monitor the children's movements on the slide. The conservative boat tour is a nice idea, but the price is a bit expensive (2000 TL). On the last day of the holiday, a guest had a bad fall on the wet floor. This accident could have been avoided with a simple precaution. Attention to detail would further enhance the hotel's quality.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. Everything is great. I would rate the food a 6 out of 10, cleanliness a 6 out of 10, facilities an 8 out of 10, and the staff's service, friendliness, and helpfulness a 15 out of 10 :) In short, they have excellent staff; of all the hotels I've stayed at, Telmessos Hotel is by far the best in terms of service and staff.
