Ok here we go, 1 star for housekeeping, they work so hard and kept the apartments clean every day, and 1 star for the apartment, and now the negatives all the bar staff lazy don't come and ask if you want drinks round the pool don't clean round pool and sunbathing area, there was ants covering an old cocktail glass ants all over the floor were you was bathing lazy lazy staff and they didn't like you complaining, the staff would come and sit with you and tell you their sob stories we have no money we can't eat if you don't spend blar blar blar,the the bar staff made you not want to eat and drinkt there, and please keep an eye on your Bills, when leaving to come home we handed are keys in to the bar and the guy behind the bar banged the tip box in front of my wife, and she just walked away he came from behind the bar chasing my wife with this tip box and put it in her face bearing in mind we have been tipping them for 2 weeks every time we paid a bill, I really would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone other than that we had a great holiday.

We staid hear for 14 days we went as a family of 6, my mum dad 2 kids and me and my partner, to start on arrival my mum and dad got a fab room pool view, and me my partner and 2 kids my youngest has autism so doesn't handle new situations to well we where gave a room in the basement it was so dark and the veranda had cats etc my youngest started to freek out with this so we went to reception to the boss and staff member John the boss wasn’t to happy about having to move us but John sorted us with a new room he couldn’t be anymore helpful, next day we where getting ready to go out with the rest of our family in turkey my mum went to the toilet in her room and the next thing the door would not open back up she was locked in there for over 1 hr, the staff from the bar who only work on commission no wedges had to help as there was no handy man etc, it took them so long to get her out there’s no window in the toilet my mums diabetic and has to take insulin etc so there’s no air or anything in there they eventually got her out by removing the full door handle the staff try there best it’s an actual shame for them, this is not there job they don’t get anymore money for helping the actual hotel, so anyway there is now a hole in the door for the next 2 weeks no privacy at all while in the toilet, my dad then says to the boss later that night about the situation and he laughed in my dads face, he’s just so rude!! The bar staff crazy, billy, Lucas & ebo amazing!! That hotel wouldn’t run if it was not for them, always so welcoming they where amazing with my family at all times! My 2 boys got on so well with them, you get 2 toilet rolls on arrival and none the rest of the time being there these guys where buying toilet rolls to hand out to guests off there own money which they don’t get a lot of the guys are working 20hr shifts for so little most day, we did eat most days at the hotel the food was always good for us, the rooms don’t really look like some of the pictures well ours didn’t, they are cleaned everyday but floors not just beds made and rubbish took away, towels get changed every 3 days, when it was time to leave the boys from the bar came out to see us off & wish us well not once did they ask us for anything, anything we offered they would say no or are u sure! These guys made our stay! And we wish them well for the rest of the season. Just the boss I’d say need to change his attitude and things would be better.

First... the positive... apartment good, had everything we needed clean and comfy. The house keepers work so hard and keep apartment clean and tidy, a big thank you 😊 The negatives.... pool area infested with ants everywhere, not just a couple but hundreds. As soon as they can hospitality staff start giving you sob stories, we work on commission and if you don't eat and drink here we have no money to eat. They are so lazy, never cleaning up the pool area, and empty glasses and old food attracting more ants. The food in the restaurant was either cold or wrong. Staff argued with guests to the point that jet 2 staff had to come and get involved. Other people argued about prices added to the bill. No toilets readily available for sunbathing or restaurant, you have to go downstairs to a dodgy showeroom to use a dirty disgusting toilet. They updated the pool area and forgot about a toilet 😵‍💫. When leaving beware, as I handed the keys back upon leaving they slammed the tip box down infront of me, I walked away and they chased me out of the hotel shaking the tip box and banging it on our suitcases. It was so intimidating. The manager needs to take a good look at his staff and make some changes, would have got more stars if not for them.
