We’re a family of 3, 2 adults and an 8 year old, and we we loved our time at the aqua.
Bit dubious on the food as people seem to be negative about it this year but i expect those people must either be naturally fussy eaters or just like to complain. It’s an all inclusive, it is what it is but definitely extra to what i’ve experienced. Standard breakfast of omelettes, fried eggs and the usual stuff you find in turkey and greece, additional pan cakes and lots of sweet and savoury selections. Really nice as well.
Dinner and tea was brimmed with every meat you can think of beef, chicken, lamb and turkey in some form every night, selection of turkish dishes, speciality dishes chinese and other stuff were cooked, prawns, salads, breads, soup, honestly it you can’t put a plate together in there you want to go self catering and live on bread and butter.
Snack menu ongoing from about 12-4, smashed plenty of kebabs and schnitzels like, definitely choose your tighter fitting clothing towards the beginning of the holiday.
Drinks whatever you want, waffles and ice cream all day, slushies, they walk round with fruit. Bottles of eater in fridges all over.
The staff at this place work as hard as i’ve seen people work, constantly asking if you need anything, everything is brought to you which i found uncomfortable because i’m not bone idle so you can get your own but they don’t like it!
Kids club was a but babyish, not for me, i love balloon animals but for the 8 year old, there were activities in the afternoon he liked, sandcastles, painting etc and a kids club. The taller girl rain is brilliant with the kids also so they’re in safe hands.
Entertainment team lead by some big haired personality void bloke with as much charisma as the microphone has he’s holding doesnt deter the effort and energy the rest of them bring, young guy called enzo is decent and the team are always arranging games and being inclusive of everyone if thats your things.
Rooms were cleaned everyday to some standard, they’re decent, no issues with the place at all. Nice little bot cleaner on the toilet to, have to get the angle right or you’ll shoot the old boy like i did.
The place is lively, can get busy around meal times but you’lo always have somewhere to sit. The place is spotless and you can want for nothing.
The spa is decent, got all the works done, some thai lady on my back pulling me legs the wrong way towards me ears was interested. Full us of sauna and steam room also, the gym is outdated so don’t expect the greatest workout, thats definitely an area that needs to be improved. Plenty of nice walks and runs along to marmaris if needs be.
I mean i think i’ve covered everything,

4th visit to The Aqua, and it didn't disappoint. Stayed in many lovely hotels over the years and this one comes out on top. Yes we have possibly had more palatial rooms and bigger grounds, but the Aqua has so much heart, the staff are amazing, friendly yet professional, making you genuinely feel you are not just a number, special mention here to yacob, ronni and samit, but to be honest everyone of them deserves credit. The views from the hotel are beautiful. Rooms are bright and exceptionally clean, great shower, mini bar stocked daily. Food was good with plenty of choice, desserts were especially delicious, one of the highlights of the day was a delicious waffle from the waffle station. Drinks are very good, fabulous cocktails and all freshly made, would highly recommend Purple Rain. We enjoyed the hotel entertainment, but did go out a couple of nights and found good bars near the hotel with live music and karaoke. I feel I have to mention that during our stay England played in the world cup, the hotel set aside a special room with large screens waiter service and food, the boys had worked all evening and volunteered to stay on until after 3 am, working so hard to make sure the drinks flowed, fair play to these amazing lads who were still smiling at the end. In this review I have tried to highlight what makes the Aqua a special place, but would like to end by saying it is also efficiently and professionally managed.

Firstly I would like to say this is an English 4 star resort.
The staff are amazing, they made our family holiday with there fun and kindness to us all.
The food is very good, plenty to choose from every meal time, breakfast could do with nicer bacon and sausage but other than that its fine.
Drinks are good and the waiters service is exceptional.
Location of this resort is first class, views are spectacular.
Would definitely go again.
