Banana

Stayed 2 weeks at the banana apartments in September and it was fine for a base but personally I wouldn't choose to book again. The people running it Pam and Ali were great, as were all the staff, it definitely had a family feel to it, could not fault anyone at the apartments. My wife likes to sit out on the balcony and is not really one for sitting at pools, and although the pool area was fine for me, it was very small and it felt that you was really close to everyone, this definitely did not suit my wife as she can be a little self conscious. The balcony's were mostly overshadowed by other buildings unless you were lucky enough to get one of the front apartments (we wasn't) and so the sun was limited to certain times, even around the pool this was the same, so it wasn't really ideal for my wife who likes to stay at the hotel during the days mostly and get the sun. The apartments were in need of some tlc both inside and out and another biggy for us was no TVs in the rooms. If you want a cheap base and you love to socialise with others around the pool and bar area then this place is ideal for you, like I said everyone was really friendly and it did have that "one big family" feel to it, unfortunately it wasn't really for us, we still enjoyed our holiday though and it definitely wasn't a terrible place, just not ideal for us personally, a few "can't do with-outs" for our needs unfortunately.

My boyfriend and I just spent 4 amazing nights here. We were moved from Kaan apartments (luckily) to Banana and had such a lovely stay. Apartment was nice and we enjoyed sleeping with the patio doors open. We loved the chatty people round the table there, even though our mission was shopping, seeing the sights, swimming in sea and more shopping, we didn't spend any time really socialising. First visit to Turkey and we fell in love 🥰

Recently got back from this hotel last Friday, me and my partner (Ashley & Derek) we are glasweign like Pam lol we had a great 14 night stay and would highly recommend first time we done self catering as we usually go all inc. the apartments very spacious just what’s needed on holiday, Pam and family are friendly welcoming, and really helpful we would defo stay again thanks Pam & family see yous again ❤️ xxx
