Blue Bay Classic

We booked by TUI but they did not mention about check out time so we had to check out before 12 pm leaving us outside till 6 pm which is our flight pickup time. Also the room cleaning is very bad with even some days they forgot to clean our room. Also, the rooms smell and once they even forgot their cleaning spray in our room. The quality of the cleaning was also bad as the bathroom was kept dirty as it was.

Had a brilliant time..food was amazing far to much ..room was nice ..Alex behind the bar was amazing could not do enough for you ..he is a great person friendly and made you welcome..Would recommend this hotel all staff was friendly couldn't do enough for you . Jackie and Peter from Manchester ..

Flew and flopped. Spent a lot of time at the adult pool with our 3 grown up kids. Alex was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Supplying drinks all day. Staff in the hotel were all helpful and worked hard. We liked the choice of food. Room was kept clean. No complaints about the hotel. It’s a shame the beach is covered in sunbeds, which is why we spent more time at the pool. Fountains are worth a visit for a night time freebie and we enjoyed the Roxy night out (cheesy entertainment with reasonably priced drinks).
