Very pleased with our choice. The place was very clean, very organised and offered very good value for money. Pool was exceptional and great fun. Flame was our favourite entertainer - lovely lad! We had room 5110 was was top floor with great sunny balcony and very quiet (loved listening to the birds). Cleaning was good with fresh towels etc when needed. Food was very good to start with but quality was inconsistent. First banana split was exceptional, second was acceptable and third was rubbish! The older guy at breakfast should have been on dinner service as he was on the ball - especially with the watermelon! Thank you. Ahmet from the spa was exceptional, great value and my husband had 8 sessions whilst he was there! He is very picky so it must have been good! Everyone was very friendly and not pushy at all. Would return and recommend.

All staff from management, reception, cleaners, security, waiters, kitchen staff, bar staff, spa people, tattoo studio, jewellers and most of all the entertainment team and mono hair salon where all fantastic. As always all very attentive and smiles all round. The overall vibe was phenomenal. Atmosphere around the hotel was great even when we had a rainy day kids club was in the restaurant. They put tables together and got the colourings out for the children to draw pictures and still kept them entertained. Some drew the hotel and pools some drew pictures of the entertainment team and some just used there imagination. Yes they were great. Around the pool. The pool area is great plenty of sun loungers and sun to soak up if you find the right spot that is. There are 3 pools the main pool, baby pool and slide pool so was somewhere for all ages. My favourite spot for soaking up the sun was by the dj box first row as the sun is there from first thing morning time till around 3pm maybe 4pm. Rooms where great comfortable beds and sofa beds very clean.

Just spent 2 weeks here and honestly what an amazing holiday, reception staff are very helpful, the maids are lovely, everything is clean and tidy, bar/restaurant staff are so attentive, food is beautiful, even the security staff greet you will a hello and a smile, Shout out to the entertainment team who made our stay even more enjoyable, the effort they put in day in, day out is tremendous, Dodo, Pablo, Flame, Nemo, George (Sophie) and my personal favourite Arda, We enjoyed ourselves that much we have already booked our return, Well done guys keep up the hard work 🧡
