Club Nergis Beach

I was on holiday with my husband, good hotel, great location. It’s a bit far from Marmaris, but 15 minutes by bike, the sea is gorgeous, very green. The food is good, not enough fruit. animation is always there, special thanks to David and the rest of the team

We chose it as a honeymoon hotel and were pleased. Close to the center, the food is ok, there is no shortage of sun loungers on the beach, the seaweed hotel staff is friendly, service-oriented, it is a noisy environment at night because it is close to entertainment venues.

1. Old run down rooms in need of refurbishment and dirty 2. Insufficient towels for shower or just hand towels, not replaced or changed unless pressed to do so 3. Only one set of replacement bedding during our 11 night stay, to get this we had to chase the cleaners for it 4. 2 small bottles of water in the fridge on arrival, no further water supplied unless you filled your bottles from a dispenser in the dinning hall. 5. No Kettle or tea and coffee in the room no tea bags anywhere coffee and tea for breakfast only from machine only at other times 6. No coffee or tea cups other than from very small disposable cups and wooden stirrers. 7. The plates provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner were a miss match of tea, dinner and desert bowls a considerable amount of these were chipped and or cracked 8. The crockery was left out at all night with stray cats roaming around and all day uncovered 9. The food was awful not even a 1 star class, we never ate there after the first day therefor we have spent a lot extra costs incurred 10.We came back to the Hotel one evening at 18.30 after eating out to find they had run out of alcohol, no Gin, Vodka or Whisky only left with some stuff called Raki 11. Then for the next 4 days they were running on a limited allowance and no Sprite 12. The limited amount of sunbeds on the beach were filthy dirty and not cleaned at all whilst we were there 13.
