Club Sunset Apart

WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD this hotel should be closed! The owner made us stay with my family in the accommodation for the staff, without air conditioning while it was 40 degrees, 3 single beds for 4 people, dirty, horrible smell because it says our reservation was not made. The next day he gave us a "normal" room full of bedbugs, insufficient air conditioning, a two-seater bed and two "sofa bed" 1 seater but rock hard sofa, cushions thick as an A4 leaf, gloomy room, arrogant owner, lofty, cheap, inhospitable. A breakfast card and displayed but no longer makes breakfast except that it does not remove the sign, charged us a bottle of water 50cl 100 TL!!! (for order of idea they are at 3TL in the store opposite and 10 TL at the restaurant). I'll let the pictures speak.

This is a place that love holidays sends you for your holiday and think it's excitable and nothing is wrong and have refused a hotel refund stating that the hotel rooms are fine and safe to stay in I will now upload phots of the hotel and people can make there own choice if is suitable to stay or not. All photos took September 2023.

Worst accommodation iv ever had, no cleaning, dead cockroachs in food cupboards and black mould everywhere even on pillows. Complained with photos, to have a reply saying, they are happy with accommodation it is clean and will not be taking the complaint further.
