Deluxe Hotel Pinetapark

Was really excited to go here as the last time I was in marmaris this was nearing completion. I used to stay at the pineta which at the time was nice and here was a new deluxe version and now just 18 years old . LOOKS MORE LIKE 80 YEARS ., It's such a shame but it's been left to get run down . Was even told by one of the staff that the owner don't need the money so don't bother with the upkeep . None of the reception staff really speak and certainly not even basic English so any issues are difficult to rectify. The rooms are where it's really let down as they are grotty ,chipped and very very basic. The bathrooms are dirty , the furniture all chipped and broken and the beds rock solid. Even the balcony rail was broken and not attached to the wall and also the balcony had ant nests.. The pool area is actually quite nice . There is very little selection of drinks in the hotel ,just vodka , gin ,beer and wine . Soft drinks coke ,Fanta and sprite. The pool DJ has a obsession with blasting the 'gangster rubbish rap ,music at full decibels with lyrics that were definitely not appropriate for anywhere let alone a hotel where kids are playing and normal grown ups are trying to relax. I mean the lyrics were beyond vile . The food omg . The food selection was extremely small like tiny small. Choice was plain rice , chips ,over cooked chicken , the farm foods version of a chicken burger , burnt eggs and burnt everything. Basically look at my photos to check out the top offerings. No evening entertainment at all so don't expect to stay in in the evenings . Even last day despite being the only people in the foyer and obviously leaving with our suitcases there was no acknowledgement or goodbye and thanks from reception.

It was the worst vacation I've ever had. We came to the hotel through a tour group. Despite paying for the Deluxe Pineapple section, we were directed to the Club section without any explanation and at our own discretion. When we refused to accept the situation, we were then placed in a disabled access room in the Deluxe building. It was truly disappointing to encounter such a situation right from the start of our vacation. Our main problem was the attitude of the hotel staff. I have never encountered a team in the service industry that treats customers so disrespectfully, speaks loudly, and is so rude at the slightest problem. I would have liked to write by name, but the reception staff didn't even have name badges. It wasn't clear who was in which position. The waiters' attitude towards customers was equally terrible. It was truly unbelievable that employees would argue with customers and display aggressive behavior. I still can't understand how the hotel got 5 stars and what feature justifies the "Deluxe" designation. We came with an all-inclusive package, but we were hardly able to properly utilize any of the services. The bars didn't always have ice, and when we asked for it, the only response we got was "What can we do?" We were told the sea was 250 meters away, but since the hotel didn't have its own usable beach, we constantly had to go to paid beaches. The hygiene situation was a complete disaster. Almost every room had at least one dead cockroach. No guest deserves to be met with such a sight. The situation was no different when it came to food and drink. The same dishes were served all the time. We got tired of seeing chickens during our stay. Moreover, the chickens tasted and smelled quite suspicious. Also, in an "all-inclusive" hotel, if you miss mealtime by even a few minutes, you won't find anything to eat until the next meal. During the day, there were no snacks, no alternatives besides the buffet, or any service to ensure guests did not go hungry. The quality of the alcoholic beverages was extremely poor. The main reason I wrote this lengthy review was not so much the physical shortcomings, but the attitude of the hotel staff. Problems can happen in any hotel; however, how they are resolved reflects the quality of a hotel. Our vacation turned into a complete nightmare because of the staff who looked down on us, didn't listen, and contradicted us on every issue. Many thanks to the entire team (!) who made this experience possible for us, especially the gentleman at reception. I will never choose it again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know.

I'm staying at a hotel right now. When I saw the reviews before coming, I thought, "Oh no!" But it's impossible to understand those who leave negative comments after seeing it for themselves. First of all, the food is fantastic and delicious, and the rooms are spacious with large balconies. The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and do their jobs well. It far exceeded my expectations. I received a service that exceeded the price I paid. It's impossible to understand these people making negative comments. This price offers the opportunity for a top-notch vacation, what more could you want? What kind of thinking is this?
