A vulgar Owner. Absolutely don't go make money.Owner Soner is a full-blown individual.Rooms have ugly showers. The owner is an ignorant person.Don’t be humiliated with your money and complain about this property everywhere.

Came here with my family after my flight to London Stansted was unfortunately cancelled. We didn’t have a choice but look around for another hotel so we came across this hotel and let me tell you now conditions are probably better in a hotel in Afghanistan then here. As soon as you step in the hotel you get hit with a gust of a smell of cigarettes and get greeted by a pretty unhelpful member of staff. Stepping into to the room you get a door that doesn’t even lock, windows that don’t shut so security is a huge issue. The floors in the rooms are dirty fag buds on the floor, dirty bed sheets and pillows, stains on the walls, a outdated faded pink paint around the room, very dirty fridge,hob,bathroom. Dangerous plug sockets, broken out dated furniture. Even if it’s cheap as chips have a bit of self respect because I’m sure there’s cheap hotels in better condition than this. For the record we was her for 10 minutes after booking it and left as soon as possible!!!!!

Lovely place yes it’s in need of an update, cleaner was in every single day, staff absolutely lovely, Pam and Ali amazing managers, after staying here numerous times every year we feel like part of the family, for the first time ever we had evening meals there I will say they are absolutely amazing the chef is fantastic ended up eating there quite a bit, can’t wait for the next holiday
