Gold Kaya Hotel

This boutique hotel is 100 from the beach without anything in between (august 2021) and has a great view. Compared to other hotels, which are directly at the beach, it is very calm around and there is no party music at the hotel. It is perfect for just having a room for rest and breakfast. (we did not book with additions like all inkl. etc.) and is located in the middle of the coast in marmaris. Everything you need is nearby, but they have just a few meters at the beach with beach chairs (but they have, while they are not located directly at the beach) All in all, I can recommend it, especially because of the very friendly staff.

We stayed two nights at a bargain rate. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the sea. We did get locked in the shower when the door handle came off - but managed to get out. There was no emergency call button so it was a mini panic but we laughed about it in the end. The hotel is situated in a great location and 1 min walk to the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so wonderful. I would definitely stay here again despite the door handle situation. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

We had a one-night stay at Covid-19 times. It is in a favorable location although not a beach front. Short walk to the shore where you can reach several bars and restaurants. Public transport or a cadent walk for Marmaris marina and central market. The rooms are reasonable with sea view at the front. Problem with the air condition which drips condensed water enough to wet the console under that bears the tv unit and mini fridge. Free breakfast is available. Do not expect an "olympic" pool.
