Grand Panorama Family Suite

Just came home from a 2 week stay,food cold,same every day,ran out of beer 4 days before we left and wouldn't replace as closing for season so had to go to shops,cats seen eating from food served to guests,no shop,on site,no entertainment as advertised,not 5 mins from beach as advertised, all inclusive finished at 10pm,drinks only included beer,gin or vodka but beer ran out 4 days before we came home,plus side staff friendly and did thier best,manager was awful and rude,this hotel is not as advertised on alot of sites

I stayed in club seray it is the worst hotel manager very rude said he was throwing me out because i complained cats were eating buffet food vile cleaning floor with bath towels was meant to be all inclusive not many drinks available we would not eat anythink in their was a 4 star more like 2 dont put yourself threw it cathy

Contrary to reports that state otherwise the food was good, varied and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large but lacked cleanliness. The toilets were a disgrace, only one in working order for the ladies, lack of toilet paper and hand roll for drying hands. Gents weren't as bad but the shower area ones had no paper in toilet or by hand wash area in the whole time we were there. The shower area toilets hadn't been cleaned in months not days!! The Chef was very good and listened to anyone and wants to drive the place forward but he has his work cut out because not everyone employed there is as professional as he is.
