Grand Prestige

The hotel after renovation is now called FIFTYFIVE SUITE. Excellent "three". Personally, in Turkey I have been in “fives”, which are much inferior to this three. City hotel, no territory. For other parameters it is quite possible to give it 4 stars. Ideal location: 2 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to historical attractions - the old town and the fortress, the same to the Marina. 10 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. The shops are 5-15 minutes away, they are literally all around the hotel. The hotel itself was undergoing renovations. Design in the same style. There are no sea views from any of the rooms. Good rooms on the 2nd-5th floor, the odd side is also not on the sunny side - this is a huge plus.

we stayed for 5 nights in august 2017, the hotel has a good location and is clean, BUT, the staff barely speak English, the owner is Russian and doesn't even understand what towels are (towels are not super clean, as if they clean it and not in a laundry). their is no wifi in the rooms, they have a problem with hot/ cold water (MUST be fixed). the AC in our room was broken and freezing, we had to put towels to minimize the coldness. the breakfast is not delicious at ALL. but overall, for a 3 stars hotel we did not expect more of it, so it was okay...

Good hotel for a 3 stars, we were not expecting more of it. Rooms are big and spacious, not new furniture and the toilets are old. For a 3 stars and what we paid it was fair enough and near city center Marmaris and all facilities
