I would strongly advise anyone thinking about staying here to look elsewhere. The biggest issue was a member of staff called Arkham. From the moment we arrived, he was rude and aggressive. He shouted at me, my mum and my girlfriend for no reason at all, and we even witnessed him shouting at a young girl by the pool simply because she was being a little loud. It was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. What really stood out was that guests who had stayed at the hotel before us actually warned us to stay away from him, which says everything you need to know. The hotel itself was just as disappointing. The room was outdated and dirty, and it wasn’t cleaned once during the entire week we stayed. The air conditioning leaked all over our bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Despite booking a double bed, we were given separate beds with no proper double blanket, so we had to sleep apart. The shower wouldn’t stay attached to the wall, meaning we had to hold it by hand every time we showered. To make matters worse, reception showed no interest in how Arkham treated us. Instead of dealing with our complaint, we were threatened with being moved to another hotel. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Poor customer service, poor facilities, and a complete lack of care for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, From the moment we entered we were given 2 single beds in a dirty room dirty covers requested a new room receptionist very rude eventually got a new room which was better but still dirty, day 1 breakfast absolutely minging salad a week old and dried out not fresh at all the restaurant owner then got mad because we didn’t eat the breakfast. Bought a coffee owner got offensive for us paying in English cash shouting and made us feel on edge! The rest of the holiday we only just it as a base for sleeping. Say 3 restaurant owner walked pasted with a stare as if he was looking for a fight then stopped and stared at us causing us to feel uncomfortable fortunately for him we wouldn’t fight in another country so again removed ourselves when we went out they came out staring at us talking in Turkish unaware that we understood what the were saying calling us rude and animals we made sure we didn’t leave any valuables in the room as the way they made us feel wouldn’t trust them. This hotel is the wordy I’ve ever been in and should be a 0 star never experienced that behaviour in Turkey

An absolutely amazimg holiday, staff we're all friendly and very attentive, food was beautiful, plenty 9f laughs and memories made but also some special connections, can't wait to go back ❤️❤️❤️
