Mersoy Exclusive Aqua Resort

We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our holiday was completely ruined. The hotel was very dirty, and many things in the room were broken. The furniture and bathroom were in terrible condition. The food was very repetitive and not tasty at all. Every day it was almost the same, with very little choice. Everything that was written in the hotel description on the website was misleading. The pictures on the website do not match reality — in real life the hotel looks much worse. There were no activities or entertainment in the hotel. No music, no animation, and no atmosphere at all. Honestly, this place feels more like a cheap hostel than a real hotel. I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. It is definitely not worth the money. We are extremely disappointed and will never come back again.

The hotel's location and nature are wonderful, it's a five-minute walk from the sea, the food was delicious, and the rooms were quite spacious. Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday.

We stayed at the hotel as a large family group of 13 people of various ages. I would like to mention that we found the hotel to be quite good in terms of value for money. I just think that the fact that some parts of the hotel look a bit dated detracts from its image. Overall, we were satisfied with the food and the cleanliness. Its proximity to the sea was also a significant advantage.
