My Dream Hotel

Arrived late last night and had an issue with our room. Spoke with Ahmet first thing this morning and within an hour we were in an alternative room, problem solved! Ahmet provided amazing customer service for which we're incredibly grateful. Breakfast was delicious and now sat by the pool enjoying! I cannot fault My Dream Hotel. I know it's early in our stay but first impressions count. Id highly recommend, it's both close to all amenities and the beach yet you'd never think it by the pool, it definitely feels like a little oasis in Marmaris

Their hotel is very good, their cleanliness is also very tidy, and the behavior of their staff is also very good.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating. The location is excellent, and that’s probably the best thing about it. Walk out of the hotel and the beach is just to the left, while all the shops, restaurants and bars are to the right, so you couldn’t ask for a better location. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms are very small, much smaller than they look in the photos. We had a broken toilet when we arrived, which was fixed quickly, so credit to the staff for that. However, the balcony door handle was also broken and couldn’t be repaired, and we weren’t offered another room unless we paid an extra £100 per night for a sea-view room. The shower was also disappointing. The water pressure wasn’t great and it just didn’t feel like the standard you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was probably the biggest let-down. Even though the hotel only offers breakfast, the choice was very, very limited every single day. The coffee machine had very limited options too, and overall the breakfast felt poor and repetitive. Overall, the hotel itself is nowhere near 4-star standard. The fantastic location is the only reason I’d give it 2 stars instead of 1. If you’re looking for a nice hotel experience, I’d recommend booking somewhere else. I’ve attached photos so you can judge the condition and facilities for yourself before booking.
