Fabulous hotel offers everything central to beach bars restaurants shops bus to marmaris, the hotel is spotless refurbished we had a sea view balcony, we had b&b there is a all inclusive option the breakfast is a full buffet offers all you need and hot and cold drinks thank you to all the staff making our holiday so memorable, we will be back next year 🥰

Hotel was clean.but staff were unfriendly at breakfast times and always a lack of cups,cutlery etc.had to ask for room to be cleaned.pool was small but nice..good location for beach and main strip.holiday was spoiled last 4days by a group of turkish families (30people)loud music.had to go to reception to complain.beware mainly turkish/Russian stay here.wont return.

I stayed there for the first four days of September 2026. As a small business owner, I can't afford to take a vacation every year (like most people). So I started looking for a peaceful, stress-free place that would be worth the price I paid. I researched many hotels and finally decided on the Portofino Hotel after narrowing it down. I made a reservation through an agency two weeks before my trip. However, I still had doubts about what kind of hotel it was. I arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, the room was ready and handed over immediately. The beach is very close to the hotel as mentioned, it has 12 umbrellas, and the sun loungers are comfortable with cushions, not just plastic. My doubts had lessened, so I thought I'd wait to see what dinner was like. The soup served at every meal, the main courses included chicken, fish, and red meat, and the variety of appetizers, desserts, and fruits was excellent. Breakfast was also very varied. No one can say they went hungry. I had no complaints about the food. The rooms are clean, the balcony overlooks the road (mine does), minibuses pass by and the noise doesn't reach inside, the bathroom amenities are new and the interior is bright (in some places it's dimly lit you can't shave), maybe it could have been a little bigger. The staff are conscientious, they appear during meal times but they clear the tables without disturbing anyone, taking empty plates and clearing the tables. On the third day, my daughter suffered sunstroke. At 10 pm, the headmistress prepared vinegar and yogurt, and kept trying to get them ready. I've often returned from vacations disappointed, but this year I guess I was lucky; I had a perfect vacation. I wrote this long text so that it would give many people an idea. ...I also read many comments, and they write just one word: PERFECT. But what exactly is perfect? ​​We don't know. Or they say DISGRACEFUL. Okay, but what did you experience that made you dislike it? Please specify, brother, so that it can be a reference for other researchers, right?
