Disgusting hotel,photo of rooms does not match,by 3 does not pull at all,toilet room in a deplorable condition,rooms are smoked,the hotel meals leave much to be desired,alcohol always ran out,and offered disgusting wine,the pool has never seen to be cleaned,room cleaning,once 2 in 10 days stay,and then cleaning is difficult to call until you leave a tip,wi fi very brake

We came from Ukraine to Marmaris for 7 days on June 5, 2026, but then extended our stay for another 3 days. The staff greeted us warmly, put us in at 10:00 a.m., not made us wait until 14. Feed out of the way, we felt like princesses with my daughter, we were surrounded by the kindness and wonderful attitude of the staff. Large clean swimming pool with sun loungers for tourists, to the sea 5 minutes, yes, no beach by the hotel, but I like to relax on different beaches, yes, we bought drinks and relaxed on several beaches during the vacation. I really liked the food, Chef Shakir tried to surprise us every day, introducing us to the national cuisine, photo dishes will be attached. Very nice girl Noor at the reception, everything was handled promptly, we became friends😉 Thanks to the waiters for their work: Murat, Arda, Martin, it was a pleasure when they already knew how much sugar and ice we needed in our drinks. We lived in room 215 with a nice balcony, it's small, but I care about it, there I met the dawns, but we also met it on the beach, it's a separate aesthetic point of our beautiful holiday. Room clean, white, bed and pillows comfortable, cleaned thoroughly, towels and bed changed regularly. The room has a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning, but I didn't use anything) Tight curtains and light and noise insulation, although I didn't mind any noise. My birthday fell during the holiday period, I had the feeling that I was celebrating it with my family, cooked and spectacularly served meat with vegetables on fire, cake with lights, everything went fine. The Internet works well in the lobby and in the hotel cafe, but also sometimes up to the room, I teleworked sometimes in the room, sometimes in the lobby. Cafe has huge TV screens, music, you can watch football and dance👍 Thanks to Yousuf, Erton and owner Zahit for the welcome, I can safely say that I have made friends in Marmaris 🤝😉 Hotel recommended. Bring yourselves, have a good mood and enjoy your holiday, the hotel staff will do everything in their power. I forgot to add that the location of the hotel is very favorable, 200 m Migros, many clothing shops, jewelry salons, a bicycle rental point, taxi, nearby bus stop, you can easily drive to Ichmeler or the center, although on foot to the center along the promenade path 30-35 minutes.
