I had the best time on my stay, the location is ideal for any necessity but nothing was needed outside what the hotel already provides. The guests staying were all welcoming and comfortable for anyone, the staff working made the atmosphere lively and suiting to all guests. Both 2 rooms me and my family used were exceptional and were made up at a request of a button, comfy beds and ideal shower for anyone as a tall person i usually find it hard using hotel showers but this was perfect and would be perfect for anyone. For the experience, food, service ect the value of the hotel is extremely fitting you are given constant entertainment and service. The hotel as a whole was clearly looked after very well and i have not a single complain about the cleanliness. Finally the entertainment staff were extremely welcoming and friendly to me and my family they all got us involved in entertainment experiences and we will be coming again next year we love our stay at this beautiful resort.

Thoroughly emjoyed our stay. Staff are warm and friendly and most of them go the extra mile. Big shout out for the entertainment team especially who work non stop. During the day there are lots of organised activities ( darts, boules, snooker, volley ball) and at night there is a show provided by different outside entertainers each night. In addition, the plaza bar provides music, dancing and occasional karaoke on an evening. Food was excellent. Best we have ever had in an all inclusive. Drinks were good. Our room was basic but clean. Massive thank you the cleaner of room 135 who handed in the ring tha t I accidentaĺy left behind. It was my late mothers ring and so had great sentimental value.

Beatrix is the best entertainer throughout my holiday she was so friendly and kind. She always try’s to include everyone as best she can getting them up too dance. She was like a mother to the Lithuanian boys showing them how to be a gentleman to all guests going above and beyond to help them best she can. She helped them develop social skills extremely well. I am sad to have to leave her.
