Club & Hotel Letoonia

We’ve just come back from here . Absolutely beautiful place . Rooms are very clean , food outstanding and the facilities on the complex outstanding a great family complex . We had a wonderful stay although I’d have to say reception staff not overly accommodating/ friendly . Flights via the Uk are usually late flights we felt the last day was very limited as we had to be out of the room by midday having to wait til late to be collected and they wouldn’t offer a late checkout we felt the guy on reception blunt and didn’t wish to budge to try to accommodate . We had to use the spa facilities to wash / shower and electrics had gone out it was in darkness so sadly those facilities weren’t an option and reception didn’t wish to help with this situation for us . When you pay so much for a holiday you want to make the most of your stay and we felt the last day was taken from us as we couldn’t really do much . Shame as the remainder of the holiday was fantastic . Although we enjoyed our stay we have been to places such as Cyprus and Greece whom came across more accommodating to guests on the last day of the holiday with later checkouts so you could enjoy the last day without worry .

This place has been the place for me since I was a little kid with all the variety of activities and services including the fact that being surrounded by nature. Staff members such as Helin Eren make this place even better for sure.

Outstanding experience, me and my wife are for the most part satisfied, the best service staff member that we will always remember for her excellent communiction and bar skills, also a friendly and warm person that never missed being polite and full of suggestions either it be drinks, coffee and more, is Helin Eren.
