Eftelya Apart

Arrived on the 20th June, the apartment is basic but was clean, the cups, glasses needed washing mind, I made bed up on sofa as it says u can and I couldn’t breathe overnight, no air conditioning and it was way to hot in there, I had no sleep hardly and was having cold showers at 3 in morning, the main bedroom had air conditioning so was ok in there, I had no choice but to open window to breathe and try sleep and was bit to hell and back, came home swollen foot, the rooms are cleaned but not brilliantly, they kind of go around everything and not move things, had to ask for clean towels, they wouldn’t change them otherwise , the pool was lovely hardly no one there sunbathing, they have all these rules of no diving no throwing people in , it’s posted around pool, but when people do it they allow it , I’m not a boring person but trying to relax by pool when u have water been splashed all over u can end up annoying , the book I was reading got wet, the owners just watched, it’s just called being respectful of others the owners could have said to the other guests please calm down a bit, there is no restaurant, I was disappointed in that, there is a tiny bar/reception, and safes are kept behind there not safe enough I would say, and there is not someone there 24 hours, when buying drinks be careful they would charge different every time, there was no one to speak English with they understood nothing we said, can get frustrating, for the price I payed it was ok but so glad I didn’t pay any more , no other English guests there til the day we was leaving and then I was asked to explain about the busses to them as the owner couldn’t do it, I didn’t mind but it’s no right , opposite there is restaurant called karisma it was lovely food, and two mins down there is another apart hotel call turtle, spent a lot of time there, they did gorgeous food and had entertainment, not only that they made an effort to talk to you and understood, when I return I will stay there, there is also a kind of Tesco two mins down road next to turtle apartments, they sell everything and is good priced ,

This is the second year we have stayed at the eftelya hotel amazing hospitality very friendly and can not help you enough our friend was rushed to hospital and the owners ihan and inance were amazing they went and took food drink and phone charges to assist them in there stay at the hospital I don’t know anyone else that would go out of there way for there guests like this family run hotel amazing lovely and friendly would recommend to anyone marion says anyone who comes here are In safe hands

Loved the laid back atmosphere here, cheap poolside drinks, very clean pool and extra space in the room separate from bedroom.Good quiet location close to some very good restaurants. But you need softer beds Ahmet mate lol.
