Everything went smoothly from the booking process onwards. The team responded quickly and in a solution-oriented manner to our requests; they clarified all our questions before we even left. This interest remained undiminished from the moment we arrived at the facility. The bay and the sea are even more beautiful than described. The clarity of the water, the tranquility of the bay, and its location surrounded by nature are reasons enough to take a vacation. The cuisine was a separate success; from breakfast to dinner, it exceeded our expectations in terms of both variety and taste, especially the fresh seafood and the quality of presentation were excellent. The attentiveness of the staff is what truly makes this place special. They have a team that remembers your name, is friendly but not overly enthusiastic, and responds to every request with a smile. The rooms are spotlessly clean; the decor has a slightly nostalgic feel, but it fits perfectly with the established and friendly atmosphere of this property. We recommend it with complete confidence.

We love this place. It was our second time and it was even better this time which we thought would not be possible. The natural beauty is exquisite, the food is amazing and there is so much to do. The renovation of the rooms has turned out beautifully. We were a bit taken aback the first time we came at the size and configuration of the rooms but knew what to expect this time around and the new decor is lovely. We have loved every minute. It would be great if more of the staff could speak English but they would always call an English speaking colleague if they couldn’t help. Serenity Beach and the Silent Beach are extra special.

After staying at this hotel, you won't like any other hotel. The staff are like family; the babysitters and nannies are excellent, and everyone from Mr. Dogan and Mr. Mustafa in the main restaurant to Ms. Leyla from reservations and the housekeeping team, they all try to make you feel welcome and are incredibly warm, as if you were part of their family. Getting a sun lounger is not difficult at all; we went during the busiest time, and even at 9:30 in the morning, everywhere was quite empty. Don't even try to reserve a spot at the front; they're all the same. There are great activities not only for children but also for adults. The sea is the most beautiful sea in the world.
