Hotel is tidy, relaxed and family orientated

Relaxed in this hotel with your husband from July 17-26. To begin with, everyone goes to the sea with their own picture of the world. The rest was generally successful. The place is chic, the sea is extraordinary. It's all in order now. Please take careful note of the hotel's wishes and comments, you are the only one responsible. Claims ONLY TO YOU!!!!!! Don't drown your hotel in negativity. HOTEL Very tired, the rooms are good, BUT about them, in everyone, there are problems!!! That leaves a very unpleasant impression. We checked into a lovely room, a spacious, interestingly designed, Instagram room, just a fairy tale, BUT it had hot air in it))))) and it's in 45 degrees heat. There was no hot water, or rather it had to be drained for 40 minutes to get hot water))))))) Our requests to solve the problem were answered 5 times, BUT the hotel does not have qualified staff on this issue. We were able to endure 2 days because the hotel was overcrowded and there were no rooms available. 2 DAYS WAS OUR LIMIT. By then, the tourists had left and we were offered 3 rooms to choose from... Thank you very much to Maria, the Russian girl at reception. Each one of them was malfunctioning. Also broken air conditioning, in another with lock and light problems. With the third one, we got lucky, we checked into it... We didn't know then that in 3 days, we would suffer from air conditioning again, only now that the condensation has become just a river flowing on our bed))))) and not outside as usual. We didn't start a fight, that's not what we mean. They did once, but they knew we couldn't fix it. Sami hung buckets on it, which collected water and continued to enjoy the breath))) KITCHEN There's a lot of food in general. Delicious. Lots of different fish, turkey from the tandoor is superb, chicken, less beef. A variety of cheeses, sometimes cooked sea bastards. Sweets are beautiful and varied. The pastry for breakfast is just great. Watermelon fruit, apples, oranges. Everything's very decent on food. Food is everywhere and at the hotel and on the beach at certain hours. Wonderful gozleme cakes, baked near the pool and on the beach. Ice cream, drinks, airan. Cons are dirty dishes, tables. For breakfast, the staff sleeps. You can't wait. Starting active by 8:00. And breakfast is announced at 7:00. ALA CAR RESTAURANT They are a total failure here!!!! Enough staff. The kitchen is no different. All the same snacks as the main restaurant, only much longer. We sat there waiting for dinner to start and for food to finally come. From hot to choose from either fried chicken (as in the restaurant itself) or fried dorado fish (the fish is cooked perfectly, it lightened the wait a little) well and the dessert was beautiful. Baked ice cream. And so a complete disappointment, gone almost hungry and spent a lot of time waiting for food. BEACH Road pa beach is a separate song, 6 minutes in the jungle with lianas, nice natural shade, cool. Where a stream flows, frogs croak, sometimes crabs crawl out and small fish swim. The beach itself is very large, there is its own pier, natural shade from the trees, sunbeds with canopy and mattresses. BUT, IT'S ALL IN THE RUN, OLD, DIRTY. The beach is rarely cleaned, after a day, after two. But the bar grounds are well watched. Watered, groomed beautifully. All the vegetation is green, not withered. There is a drinks bar on the beach, all inclusive, a snack bar and separate gözleme cakes. There is a volleyball court, in the shade, subtrees, a playground, big enough with slides and swing 4 showers with fresh water, toilet and changing. At the bar, tables and armchairs are abundant, you can sit in the shade and eat. The beach is extreme and it is very great, as there is a wild coast several kilometers long, where you can walk and enjoy nature, meditate, relax from the bustle and noise, swim in the magnificent sea without people. The sea is gorgeous, transparent. Shore with small pebbles, mixed with fine sand. SPA CENTRE The spa itself is very tired. BUT it's staffed by the finest. I am very grateful to Saida (spa manager, Russian speaking girl), she recommended me a worthy specialist. Masseuse Ridwan. The person who feels the body has an education. Really working it out. Every inch of the body, not neglected. All wishes and areas of concern were worked out. I was very pleased. I massage a lot and I have a lot to compare it to. I wholeheartedly recommend that you go to this specialist and trust your body to him. You certainly won't regret it. I'll sum up the above. The place is chic, the hotel does not recommend if the management does not take into account all the comments!!!! Hire more staff, qualified staff and you will be happy. Because the staff you have now can't handle that amount, they're all great people, but they're not robots. The fish rots from the head. Don't drown your hotel in negativity.
