The photos do not match the real life hotel, no wonder tui dropped this hotel AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! 1. The slides are open 3 times a day for 30 minutes and the locals take over, pushing through the king queue up the stairs to get in front. 2. Majority of the visitors are from Turkey and you can see the attitude of the staff favour those to us. 3. No coffee in the room and the one you can have from the restaurant is vile. 4. Food is poor and again Turkish clientele oriented to the point where they give you French fries for breakfast?? Hygiene standards are 0 and I am surprised how they can pass any food standards audits, Cross contamination, no food labels or allergy information and the older lady in the snack shack chucked dried up cold nuggets and chips with her hands onto the plate grumpily. 5. The shuttle runs once a day, no Aircon and looks like someone has had explosive diarrhea over the seats. 6. Went all inclusive but in terms of drinks other than beer, vodka, gin and turkish wine that again were cheap, warm and nasty, you had to pay extra for cocktails. 7. H&S issues with floors slippery as an ice rink, seen many people fall. 8. Rooms are dirty, shower mouldy, broken things everywhere, beds are rock hard, and drains smell terrible when you run the taps. 9. Sunbeds are reserved with towels from 7am so not always able to get one, especially as half the beds were broken and left chucked up corners unstable. I wouldn’t go back to this tired looking hotel even if they paid me; I read some of the reviews and I am not sure how people can rate this anything above a 1.

You really do get what you pay for!! This hotel is located the the top of a hill and wasn’t very clear about this before booking (not ideal with a pram). Upon arrival our travel rep got us upgraded to a villa due to it being our first family holiday, we were grateful until we got to day 3 and the pool stopped getting cleaned- we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll and the villa was not cleaned once in the whole 8 days of being here! One of the doors didn’t have a key in and was locked. The other door was very faulty and the handle was almost of the door. The toilet door didn’t close properly either. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, during our stay here my boyfriend needed hospitalisation due to a pasta in the restaurant containing nuts (he has a nut allergy) which wasn’t labelled- thankfully they helped to call an ambulance. However after this happened I went to the reception every day for 5 days after this incident trying to get the ingredients that was in the pasta and got told something different every day including curry and cream, meatballs, basil on its own and finally on the last day whilst checking out of this hotel the manager of the restaurant came and informed us that it was actually basil and walnuts. The restaurant manager was very informative and helpful and informed us that there was an allergy poster outside of the restaurant, however nobody notified us of this upon arrival- nor did we get asked about any allergies. One member of staff told 2 of my family members that they had to pay for the pizza in the pool bar and when they refused as it was all inclusive he then said he would let them off but would like a tip! We then told the restaurant manager and he said he had done this twice before also!!! After half 11 you also have to pay for drinks even if you are all inclusive! Not many drinks to choose from. The water slides you see in the pictures are off most of the day and can only be used during certain times. I’d be here all day about this hotel but another thing I would like to mention would be the cleanliness of this place. Hair under the couch, mold around the showers, green gunk around the bath. Exposed wires, the smell of the drains. I could go on…. The health and safety hazards in this place are unbelievable. Hairdryers in the bathroom next to a sink hot wired onto random exposed wires hanging out of the wall. Plug sockets falling off, this place is in need for a renovation!!! Wouldn’t let me add more pictures but I have quite a few more!

A hotel we have been going to for years. The atmosphere, environment, and staff are perfect. The staff are friendly and make you feel like you're at home. We were very pleased. I recommend it to those going on vacation.
