This was our 2nd year visit too Pine Valley .
The hotel is so well situated & staff are happy too help ,& friendly .
We had no difficulties every day finding a Sunbed & poolside bar staff were always available to serve you .
The reason we have only given it a 4 star is because the room was a disappointment, last year it was slightly smaller but it was alot more cleaner and not so tired , our room this year was not as nice . The electricity kept turning off , so we had to call the maintenance man , the box it was in was located in the wardrobe area and the box was loose & the door kept opening with an electrical box that looked dodgy .
The bathroom kept leaking under the sink & we had a tap that wasn't flowing water very well , we had to call again due to a big rush of water appearing after a shower under the sink , in which was fixed with a wooden panel .. the shower unit & grouting had mould , so I hope this got cleaned at some point as it wasn't for us , also knobs on cupboard doors came off in our hand ..
Just a shame as we love the hotel & felt for the money we paid the standards had slipped
