Cactus Mirage Family Club

This hotel is not even worth 1 star. Think 100 times before you book a room here or plan to stay. Let's start at check-in. During check-in they did not indicate to us anything about the fact that it is not a Deluxe Room. We enter the room and immediately see that it is very different from what we have booked. They promise 1 double bed and 2 single beds but these were 2 sofa beds which felt like a piece of concrete. I was better off lying on the floor than on this sofa bed. After I reported this to the reception they indicated that this is what we paid for. After showing the images on the website they still indicated that this is it. It's ridiculous. On the second day we heard a strange noise coming from the bathroom. After checking, we suddenly see that it is flooded with water and poop. Yeah, you read that right poop! This says enough about the maintenance of the hotel. At first they indicated that they would clean the room and that we could then stay there again. We have not accepted this and have asked for a new room. This was refused by them. Then we had to make a whole mess to get another room. Apparently, you have to have a big mouth to be taken seriously. Still learned something from the way of doing things within this hotel. After all this we decided to leave the hotel. This was also a problem because she did not want to pay us back. This also took hours to resolve, but fortunately we got some of our money back. I'd rather accept the loss than stay here one minute longer!

Enjoyed our marriage anniversary celebration at this resort. Great food, nice view from the balcony, blooming nature, and beautiful territory with pool and beach, friendly staff. Would highly recommend to visit .

We stayed at Cactus Mirage Family Club two years ago and came back this year because of cozy atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful sea-scape and live music in the restaurant in the evenings. A great singer Mert Saim Şenyerli performed European and Turkish big tunes on the open terrace by the sea. That is why we chose to visit the same hotel for the second time. The territory is small but well organized. There are lots of different plants and flowers. For the first time we had a family suit - two rooms, but only one of them had a conditioner. It wasn't convenient. We felt much better in a standard room this year. I liked the stairs. Really! They look beautiful and I can't say that they are tiring too much
