How to feel like home with its smiling staff and its location was great. While walking, nostalgia occurred. The moment you saw the big backyard was epic. Bu the pool, we had so many chats and delicious meals.

We stayed there two nights and the hotel served us a nice base for going around the Goreme and Cappadocia area and is located in a nice part of town where there some convenience stores that you can buy necessities from. Our room had a view of the pool and the mountains. The hotel had an atrium and a large dining area. The lobby had many chairs and you can lounge around. Wi-fi was satisfactory although you had to refresh everytime you go to another area of the hotel. Room and food were adequate for the two nights we stayed there. It was a good base to see the rock formations and our aborted hot balloon ride which was cancelled when we were going to the launch site due to high winds

Highly cold staff. Bad food. Nobody in the hotel is ready to help or cooperate. We were there for 3 days and for any kind of help hotel staff was never available and dey were so cold if u ask dem anythng. The staff is very arrogant and doesnt Help customers at all. Not just me but a lot of people in d hotel had d same opinion.
