You guys are amazing! So happy I discovered this place. The staff's professionalism is outstanding, starting right from the booking process until check-out. When our group was running late for dinner, the team went above and beyond, offering to wait for us until late or pack lovely lunch boxes for our rooms—we were absolutely thrilled by this gesture! Even after check-out, when someone forgot their belongings, the hotel informed us so quickly. I want to thank the entire team, as everyone was incredible and I don't want to leave anyone out. I am officially a lifelong guest now and will definitely recommend your hotel to everyone! 💜👏 Muhteşemsiniz! Sizi bulduğum için çok mutluyum. No more than 3 stars on account of the outdoor pool. Old and poorly cared for hotel. The restaurant has a very medium service with meals well more or less. Looks like a poorly cared for treadmill. The recpcao attendants are very good, but it's just!

We used this hotel during an organized trip. The carpet in the room was dirty and the toilet was malfunctioning, but it was impossible to get our room changed. The laundry service was unable to wash a t-shirt (we tried to get a refund for the laundry cost, and it turned into a bureaucratic odyssey, so much so that in the end, the guide intervened and reimbursed us out of pocket). Definitely a terrible hotel.
