Amazing stay in August! Very nice area to walk and explore. Only problem was that we stayed for one night and not more. I thoroughly recommend a minimum of 2 nights stay. Easy access to Hot air Balloons and other sightseeing. Nice breakfast and helpful staff!

The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel itself is very interesting, right next to Ortahisar Castle with a lovely pool, but I was disappointed with the services offered by a hotel belonging to the Hilton group. 1) At dinner, three of the four starters and main courses I ordered, as well as the dessert, were unavailable—that's a lot! And in the morning, the continental breakfast is very basic, so you have to order a Turkish breakfast at an extra cost. 2) At the spa, the massage prices are exorbitant: €75 for a Turkish bath with foam and €150 for the same services plus an oil massage. For comparison, at the Ramada Hotel spa in Pamukkale, a Turkish bath plus an oil massage costs €75! 3) Advantages, having the Hilton Gold card and the hotel being only 66% occupied, I thought I would benefit from advantages, as explained on the Hilton website, this was not the case!

No Hilton Hotel - If you value your safety and the safety of your family, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Unfortunately, this hotel was one of the worst experiences we have had. There were exposed electrical wires in the wall, which is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective. Even more alarming, the glass chandelier suddenly fell directly onto us while we were in the jacuzzi. It was hanging immediately above the jacuzzi, and luckily nobody was seriously injured. This could have resulted in a very serious accident. The extra bed provided for our child was also in terrible condition. The legs were broken, the bed folded in half while our child was sleeping, and then the front part collapsed. This is simply unacceptable, especially when a hotel provides a bed for a child. What was perhaps most disappointing was the attitude of the hotel management Nilüfer Durukan. When we reported these serious safety issues, the hotel manager essentially responded as if “these things can happen“. No! They absolutely should not happen in a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the management is extremely poor. Basic safety and maintenance should never be compromised, particularly when children are staying at the hotel We expected much more and would definitely not stay here again!
