Kozakli Grand Termal

The hotel needs immediate care for 5 days where my family and I stayed in the elevator 3 times and the cheese board had bugs roaming. The hotel was opened Newbie on August 30, 2015 while we went elevators were very nice the food was quite good the employees happy pools was a clean and well-maintained hotel but since that year only painted elevators to the walls hasn't changed the cake and tea offerings at 4am and no hygiene called my aunt who works and I didn't like it.

I can say the most ridiculous hotel you can see all the rooms are not dirty hot water some rooms are not burning spicy calories in the cold water toilet elevator broken friends our friends stayed in the elevator used slippers excessively cool smells of a room food God forgive the count is not over when the hotel manager or the owner of the hotel can not stay in a group when the man who raises his voice and yells to our female tour guide must definitely go to supervising a hotel business that is going to be properly checked.

There is no air conditioning, the elevators are dirty and broken, the rooms are dirty sweaters sheets used, there are urinary stains in the bathroom of other friends, the waters are not electrified, I can sort a number of complaints, very bad .celal or cemal name I wasn't sure about the entrance, the gentleman wanted to get out of the hotel and yelled to our lady tours.
