Buyuk Sinasos Konagi

The curator of the museum gave my girlfriend and I a personalized tour of the doll museum. To be clear, we did not stay here as a hotel, but simply stopped by the museum. The curator, Serkan, explained the significance of all the exhibits and even let my girlfriend try on a historical Turkish wedding outfit. Great time, and a fun little stop.

The days that we experienced at the hotel was really excellent; we will never forget those days. Although we arrived at the hotel so late, the hotel keepers' smiling faces and friendly conversation kept me awake. The room was really original and the bed that I slept was comfortable. Even I admired the bath. The museum is full of handworks, objects that reflect Turkish culture and history. The whole stuff at the museum had been placed elaborately, The hotel and museum keepers have great knowledge on Turkish history and while visiting the museum, they give enough information on everything at the museum. I do not want to say anything about the food, I say: "Go and taste yourself." :)

This museum/boutique hotel is one of the best places in Turkey to be seen. You will be lost in history with the owner's folkloric dolls and hospitality and may may spend hours listening to each and every doll's tale.The hotel itself is also a great place to stay in Capadocia if you want to feel the real atmosphere of the region.
