Gul Konaklari Sinasos

We came to Gül Konakları for the yoga camp from June 19-21. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations. We had constant water problems from the first day until we left. There was no water in our room, so we couldn't take a shower. Especially after a two-hour practice session, a shower was a basic necessity. We were able to get water from outside with our own means, at least to wash our faces and brush our teeth. We arrived at 7:30 PM, as scheduled for dinner time. We were told the kitchen would close at 8 PM, and the approach was unfortunately quite indifferent. Instead of dealing with our problem, we were referred to someone else (Mr. Burak). We were also disappointed with the food. The menu didn't meet our expectations, and the service wasn't welcoming. When asked for salad and fruit from the menu, the response was "I'll bring more if there are any left." As a result, we left the table hungry and unhappy. The next morning, there was no water again, so we chose not to participate in the final yoga practice. We always try to be understanding; technical problems can happen anywhere. However, what is expected of a business is not to avoid problems, but to produce solutions and show interest in its guests. We didn't come with high expectations regarding the price, but it's normal to expect a hotel to meet the most basic personal needs. Unfortunately, that was our last stay. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend Gül Konakları 🙄.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel during our 3 days. From the very first day, the beautiful and caring employees, especially Burak, made us feel at home. Their stylish, distinctly designed rooms were quite clean, capped out of the spirit of Cappadocia. The breakfast was varied and the produce was delicious. Starting your day with a breakfast like this made our vacation even more enjoyable. In short, if we get back on the road, it’s a place we’ll go without thinking. Comfortable Recommendation for everyone😊

Thank you to all of the hotel staff, including the gentleman, for their friendly service and interest. This vacation with family and friends was truly memorable! They provided a lot of support not only on-site but also with their sightseeing and dining itineraries. It was a unique experience to stay in this clean, historic, and warm spot!
